I was in need of brakes and I called to get an estimate of brake repair. The guy on the phone asked if my brakes were making noises. I said sometimes not all. He told me that my rotars would need to be replaced and quoted a very large amount. I thanked him and hung up. I thought it was odd that he told me that my rotars would need to be replaced without even inspecting my vehicle. I took my car to Jose at Quality Smog Check who not only told me he could sand down my rotars but also quoted me $150 less. BTW I'm a female customer. I cant help but wonder if the price would have been different if I were a male.

I used to like coming here but not anymore. I had them diagnose and fix my car but just covered paid for the same problem. Even after that I gave them another chance to do a simple task just for them to do the same. They are the classic over charge mechanic. They over charge misdiagnose and fix really nothing. Not good.

I spent over 1500 with these guys and as they suggested. It did really nothing for my car. I would say they don't know nothing but I'm wrong. They know plenty how to rip you off. Don't be like me. Shop around take your business elsewhere. Not worth it.

Took my car in for what I thought was a flat tire. The shop is a little sketchy but went there because it was the only one open at the time (close to 5pm) They took the tire off and for whatever reason couldn't fix it. They didn't give me too many options as to what I could do with the issue so I asked them to put the spare on for now. Took my car to Les Schwab in Bakersfield the next day and they were able to take care of my tire at no cost!!!! (Mind you, Carroll's was going to charge me for the flat tire repair)

$20 for flat repair, 2 hour wait. so they couldnt stop a 2 hour job real quick to do a 10 min patch job. never had a good expierence here.

Worst place for alignment they left my steering wheel worst and blamed the air in tires never going back to this location
