This last trip Tania Velador helped me add a special checking account to my list! An EIN account. As always Tania and the rest of the girls treat you like you are the only customer they have. Ultra professional. I've been a BofA customer since 1986, and I will NOT go anywhere else!

The service is okey with the exception of a teller she's always either face, being rood asking if you bank at this bank if not you don't have to come to come in and she prefers for you to go to your own bank or don't come inside and use the ATM. This is the only thing I hate about this bank that teller tbh.

I have had a credit card for 4 plus years. I added a business credit card n personal checking. Then it marked my credit card as FRAUD so I called in and spoke with 5 people. They said I had to come in to call fraud dept again to confirm my ID. I have never been to a bank to verify anything. I made 3 accounts online with my DRIVERS LICENSE. And now I'm at the bank and no one person has committed their time to me. 2 people came and helped me call in amd now I cannot get online so they need another person to verify what the other person already verified. This is huge waste of time. Horrible service at this bank. No one cares. I will stick to CHASE BANK. Lousy service. I have been here 1 hour and so far 36 minutes on the phone. They do not care about customer service.

Service is okay. The main problem is the long line. You can be there for up to an hour. And on top of that, just a few workers. And what the hell, have you seen the open hours? And supposedly, they use these comments and feedback, but they never do anything about it. It's been this way over a decade. Which is why I'm glad to leave that place. At least the new bank I'm with they have more workers when there are more people. The most I've waited is 15 minutes now.

This is the slowest line I’ve been to since Universal Studios Hollywood! 15 people in line and only one teller. You would think that with the amount of money this bank makes nationwide, they could afford to hire more tellers. There’s associates walking around asking why you’re here but, none can help because they are not tellers. Management needs to step it up and lead from the front. If it’s that busy get out of the office and help out your staff! I’m here for merchant services and I have a business to run, I don’t have time to wait 2 hours in line. I see a lot of reviews with the same comments I have but, only the good reviews have been replied to by the administrator of this account. Take self accountability and help us, your customers, have a better experience. Hire!

I think you need to be open on Saturdays half day at least. It's hard to get to the bank on Mon thru Fri only, especially if you work. I'm going to have to close my account due to inconvenience of hours.
