“I'm from LA and was on my way to Yosemite for Memorial Day weekend. 30 miles outside the Grapevine, the car started thrusting forward. We pulled over and called numerous repair shops - no one could see us...until I reached Unique Smog & Auto Repair. The car limped to the shop where the owner Larry Smith helped diagnose the probelm/ helped us get a rental/helped us with getting AAA to tow it back to LA.Larry did this all without making a dime - just out of the goodness of his heart and in knowing cars. If his shop were located closer to LA - I would be a loyal customer and encourage anyone in the Delano area to do the same!”

“Really inexpensive window repair, I've been there twice now unfortunately but both times they've been busier than you'd expect. Knowing this I called ahead around 9 a.m. and they accommodated me, they had the glass shipped and in the store that same day by 11 a.m. I was charged $85 for installation and glass, which is a great price for my area and took about an hour as they were serving others before me. There's not much room to wait, and their shop is simple and small but they got the job done for me without any hoops to jump through so I appreciate it.”

“This tire shop is god sent answer prayers. My brother and I had a tire blow out on the freeway and Encizos was the tire shop closest to us. Immediately when we pulled up they asked how they can help and assessed the situation we had at hand. We purchased a spare tire and a spare rim. In addition they assisted in welding the trailer fender. I will never forget this place. They helped us in a time in need. thank you. Now back to Ventura County we drive.”

My and my friends experience is that we got an estimate and then we ended up paying almost double the price. This may be illegal, but don’t quote me on this, and do your own research about it. “Less than a month, LESS THAN A MONTH. Here's a little back story I got into an accident in September back and forth with my insurance was finally able to get my car into the shop. We dropped it off on 10/02 got a call on 10/26 it was ready picked it up on 10/27. The owner and young lady working the front both so very kind, the people doing the body work did an amazing job.
