I love Aldi's, but today I had Jesus as a cashier he was extremely condescending, although, I completely understand why. He had a really long line and he was the only cashier open.

I love aldi,been coming since they first open NEVER had any bad customer service untill now the girl at the register her name (alejandra)was very rude and had a mad face ? .hopefully next time I dont see her.

So I went to Aldis today for some reason the lady at the register had a rude demeanor and was upset when I was just paying for some vitacoco and asking about cash back I usually always have pleasant experiences there good quality foods and kind staffing but unfortunately not today. I don’t appreciate this woman’s rude behavior. If you can’t handle register or respectable customer service don’t work there or choose that field of work simple as that.

Nice grocery chain. My niece enjoys shopping at Aldi's in Ohio. I agree with her. Lots of healthy choices. Price seems to be reasonable. Too bad you have to drive to Bakersfield and Delano to shop at one. I also learned the same family who owns Trader Joe's also owns Aldi.
