My car broke down I called and they answered gave me an idea of what I was looking at and I had my vehicle towed to the shop while I went to work. They called me with an estimate and timeframe once the diagnosis was made. They called me back when vehicle was ready for pickup! No BS No surprises No extra fees Definitely one happy camper!

Took my car in to have my brakes checked as a second opinion I had taken my car to les shwab in Hanford to have the tires rotated and they told me the front brakes were wore out So I went to Pronto Auto in Selma and they pulled it in jacked up the car and inspected the brakes Mechanic called me over to take a look at the brakes that were practically brand new!! These mechanics are truly honest! They could have taken advantage of the situation but they didn't and they didn't even charge me for inspection. So I brought my car back to have the differential oil replaced. Same day service but you might have to wait all day so plan on leaving it for a few hours.

I broke down in Kngsburg, CA on the way back from Yosemite with my son--a cylinder missing and the van shaking. The next morning on a Saturday, almost every mechanic in the region was closed. Trejos (Pronto in google) was open and said I could come in and they would look at it. Alex was kind, patient and hooked it up to his diagnostic OBD for no charge and climbed in. Although it was still missing on the way to his shop in a Selma in Kingsburg, it seemed to have stopped when I pulled into his shop. He took the time to drive around and analyze the diagnostics and get a feel for the rest. Strangely, it all seemed to have cleared up which caused him to theorize that it was either a bad coil or a clogged fuel injector. Either way, he said it was working and we should be fine to continue on the 250 miles to LA. He suggested we could buy a coil and switch it out if we had problems on the way but said that it seems to be good enough to get home. He was right. I finally did have it replaced and sure enough he was right, plug and coil needed replacement. The thing is, he was so nice. He didn't even charge me for his time. I was so relieved I didn't think at the time to offer him anything. He is a good man. He is a trustworthy mechanic. He could have tried to sell me on something but he didn't. I'm very appreciative and recommend this mechanic and this shop with enthusiasm. Thank you Alex!
