“Have been coming to the fruit stand since the 80s. It is now a tradition. The family that runs it are down home, sweet people, sharing the fruits of their labor at very fair prices. The juiciest and sweetest peaches in existence. Feeling very worried that the stand will fall to the wayside like all the businesses did when route 66 was eliminated as a main route. Please go by and support our farms! They are just a short hop off the new 180, literally a blip to get to them. Buy a peach and wash in the washing well. It will bring you back to simpler times.”
“This was my first time to the store. The young lady at the cash register was very nice. I like that you carry the Cheetos macaroni and cheese. I have never seen that. They should carry Hot Cheetos mac and cheese just for fun”
“The Sanger Grocery Outlet is definitely my favorite one.The cashiers are fast and friendly, and unlike some locations, this one never has a problem opening a new register if a line gets too long.”

“What the store lacks in aesthetics, it more than makes up for in choice and price. Like others have notes, the bulk section is a huge draw—and not a little bit tempting. Of course, the prices are great; for instance, I’m currently buying ice cream that sells for $4 more at the store in my previous community.
Go early, if you can. The checkout lines can be looooong otherwise.”

“All though its a small neighborhood market it has a wide selection of products including imported from Mexico.. I was a bit disappointed to not find a few products I was looking for. Overall I would go back to expand my shopping experience”

“I'm impressed that this store is always clean, stocked, and organized. I've been in other Food 4 Less stores that were not nearly as well kept. It is a tribute to the management skills and hard work of the entire staff. The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is I wish the prices were a little more competitive.”
“I believe they are under new management. The store looks a lot cleaner and more of selection than the previous owner... so, good job on that. Its also the closet Asian Market near me or in Clovis. The prices are a bit higher than other Asian stores but I its a trade off because I don't have to drive all the way to Southeast Fresno where the other Asian Markets congregate. I also believe there is a hot food (to go) section now as well.”
“This store has the best prices on liquor hands down. They have a huge verity. They carry hard to find Tequilas, Mescal, and whiskeys. The carry allocated liquor sometimes as well. They carry Buffalo Trace Products.”

“Mini Mart gas station that has 2 pumps for 4 vehicles. Easy in and easy out. On the east side of Academy Ave. just north of Manning Ave. In Parlier. Their prices on gas are a little higher than in the bigger city's by a dime or 2 but that is to be expected. If your in a pinch, I would recommend stopping here.”

“I know it as the Star Market in Selma.My friend who's 80, grew up in Selma. It's been here a long time and great way back in the day he tells me!I have been here a number of times over the years.Really nice lady that prepared the food. Very authentic taste, look and feel.They have a nice assortment of meats to choose from.I wish I had a picture of the options.Tacos are very good, period. They do not skimp.Same with the burritos, really good burritos. Today's was the chili relleno burrito. Amazing. Two meals in one burrito. It was $10 and a few cents.As always; that's my opinion. Give them a try and post your experience too.”

“I've been out of the area for quite some time and am thrilled to learn that Mary is still holding down the fort at magical place known as the Minkler Cash Store. Been nearly 50 years since I first stopped in the store and met the owner and resident historian of Minkler, CA-Sylvia Ashcroft who happened to have had a wonderful daughter who helped her mom run the store and back in the day, the feed store across the street from the general store . Her name, Mary! I've got to get over to Minkler and grab a stool at the bar, yes I said bar! I believe the only one still in existence in all of California and catch up on things with dear, sweet Mary.”
