Your Quest app does not work like it should could explain it on the phone a lot easier.

The most pleasant experience, all thanks to Steven. He blew me away with his genuine friendly demeanor, you do not experience that with everyone in service positions these days. I came very unprepared and he helped me quickly and did not make me feel bad for not having any of my paperwork handy. I even suggested I just leave and come back better prepared and he said no it was fine and helped me out. He quickly called Montage to coordinate my labs and was patient while I located my insurance info online. I have been here plenty of times before and did not have any "bad" experiences, but nothing worth writing a review over. He made it a positive and memorable one.

The phlebotomist is very knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoy the visit every time. That's says a lot about his professionalism.

The problem was that the urinalysis order was apparently not faxed to you all. According to Montage it was faxed well before the appointment. It is not clear to me who is at fault. When I went in I was told that the order had not been received. I had to make another appointment after I called Montage to send the order again. I tried to contact you-all to determine whether the order had been received. Unfortunately, you have a lousy web site the does not permit this sort of verification

My husband did some lab work no appointment was made just walked in. Surprisingly he was done in 10 minutes in and out. He staffed are very friendly and didn't feel anything when they took his blood work.

My phlebologist, Steve ( Safeway, Fremont Blvd., Seaside) was very helpful in remedying a problem we had with my rheumatologist's lab order. He went above and beyond what is expected of someone in his position to clarify/rectify a problem like this for a patient. Quest is fortunate to have someone of his caliber working for them.

Went to have blood drawn for routine checkup. The young man doing the blood draw was great, least painful blood draw I've had.

Absolutely great experience. Seen quickly with appt. The phlebotomist (young man with the awesome curly hair) was so professional, and great to talk to, that I barely noticed all the blood he had to draw for my testing. Definitely recommend. Directions — it’s inside in the back of Safeway, right by the pharmacy.

First time at this Quest Diagnostics inside of the store and the service was excellent. Probably the best blood draw I have ever had from any phlebotomist. Highly recommend this place and person, sorry I did not get his name.

Kinda hard to sign up for an actual scheduled appt, especially when you need to get in early in the morning after fasting all night. The website is not really intuitive. That said, the Del Rey location has the best phlebotomist, the space is private and clean. Only drawback there are no visible outlets to charge a dying phone! * Smiley face emoji*

Scheduled my son's appointment for 4:40pm. Gale force winds and traffic after work caused me to arrive at 4:47pm. The door was locked, and no one answered my repeated knocks. I continued to periodically but gently knock, thinking that another patient was present. I waited until 4:52pm and then knocked again. The Phlebotomist came out and claimed to not have heard me and that everything had been locked up. He dismissed me, saying that after 5 minutes the appointment is disgarded and a new one must be made. He locked the doors and walked away at 4:53pm, just past the sign on the door that says they're open until 5pm. My appointment email also said that it wasn't until after 10 minutes late that my appointment would be "turned into a walk-in". My appointment was cancelled, my appointment was not honored, and i was not treated as a walk in. My 10 month old will now receive delayed treatment as his care depends on his test results.

Been coming to this place since diagnosed with MS 5 years ago. Had wonderful experiences until today. The woman didn't tell me to make a fist and never released the tourniquet and wondered why no blood came out. Drug company pays for my $15000 a month MS meds, (was $47,000 because of Trump, thank you Biden for helping us with prescription costs) but I have to have frequent blood tests to track the drug effects. Have had over 50 blood tests and never, ever has that happened. After mangling my right arm, she moved onto my left and still forgot the process. Isn't that what they do all day? Until today I referred all my friends and over 1,000 clients to this place. Now I'm saying steer clear. While she was kind and nice, she doesn't have the knowledge to do this job. Throwing out vials of my blood has never ever happened until today.
