The delivery crew called the day they were coming, arrived on time, were courteous and professional and took our old mattress away. I would use them again for our next bed purchase”

“Our old mattress is over 10 years old and it was definitely time for a replacement. After looking online at some direct to consumer brands, and not feeling great about not being able to actually feel the mattresses before buying. We decided to try our local mattress firm store. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Alvin. Alvin was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as we spent well over an hour and a half there in the store. They also offer a 120 night trial on any mattress. Just be aware it is $99 return fee, which isn’t bad on a $3000 mattress. I'm happy to say we purchased a new mattress. Mattress firm had great service, fast delivery and competitive pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and purchase from mattress firm again.”

With Arnie’s assistance we finally decided buy Big Fish, lack better description.Arranged for delay shipment to Cincinnati and received right on schedule. Discovered one item had slight crack, probably from production.Sent picture to Heather, heard back within an hour and replacement sent UPS, all good.A must stop if in Carmel-by-Sea.”
“I always find the neatest things at World Market. I love the greeting cards, the home decor and furniture, and the different foods from all over. I especially love the different chocolates, nostalgic items, and tea paraphernalia available, as well as the cooking and entertaining items. The store is a pretty good size, always clean and just so much to see. I rarely come out empty handed. Prices are fair for what you get. I recommend them for unique and fun items.”

“I had some issues with the chemicals in my spa, so I called them up.Monica on the phone was very friendly and told me exactly what I needed, so I went down before they closed.The salesman Joe helped me troubleshoot where I was going wrong.He helped educate me with a simple and fast daily check up of my spa, which I've implemented with great success.Joe recommended some test strips that were a little different than the ones I'd been using.The ones I bought from them are easier to read than the other brand I was used to.This made a huge difference in how well I keep my water balanced.I also bought 2 new filters (mine are small) for my spa that I rotate.This makes it much easier to do my biweekly cleaning of the filters.That coupled with Joe's approach of adding chemicals right after I'm done soaking makes it really easy.This is now my go to place when it comes to anything spa related.They also have really cool fireplace options which I'll fully take advantage of with an upcoming remodel.Thanks again for all the help, Monica and Joe!I'm looking forward to coming in and getting set up with a new fireplace.Cheers!”

“I live in Florida and recently purchased a sofa from Martin Perri Interiors in California. The sofa is of fine quality and is beautiful in my home. Martin and Blaine were very responsive and answered all of my questions. They coordinated the sofa delivery and gave me updates every step of the way. I was never left in the lurch. In fact, the sofa arrived ahead of schedule. Everything was seamless. The quality of the furnishings offered by this company is as impeccable as the service. “While walking the mall with the grand kids I happened to see some pillows in the window of this store. So we stepped inside to select one. Upon our entry we were greeted by a friendly team member who was quite well trained in the knowledge of these unique beds. I really only wanted a pillow but decided to let him educate me about the ins and outs of these beds. He had me lay on several different beds to test them out. I tried a number of settings and learned that if I were to invest in a bed that the number 48 would be my best sleeping position. Then he really spoiled me by showing the epitome of mattresses version. Something that not only varies the firmness, but has buttons to make the mattress either hot or cold, depending on your room temperature. Since I live in the desert, where our summer temps reach 112 almost daily, I could really appreciate that cold setting on the bed. I almost actually caved in to buy one, but the grand kids reminded me that we were there to buy a pillow and not a bed. So I put down my credit card and purchased one of the best pillows I have ever owned. I know that hot and cold bed is something I really want, and I know someday I will be sleeping on one. That salesperson really taught me a lot about mattresses.”
“Lil gem we now have found after only 10 or so years in the area... it's not exactly in the hotbed of activity or somewhere you'd notice on a drive by but if you like Asian style furniture both in and outdoor this is pretty much hitting a bullseye !.. we've order a couple of pieces so will reserve the rest of the review for delivery and product but so far we couldn't be happier !..”
“This place has the best recliners I've ever sat in and I've tried sitting in recliners from at least 20 furniture stores. Nothing comes close to the comfort of these. Also they turn 360 degrees, have adjustable head rests, and they literally and figuratively ROCK. Some even have adjustable back rests (which I didn't buy). They are designed in Norway and they aren't cheap but you get what you pay for. The staff is knowledgeable and they were able to get me 2 recliners ordered to my specifications in the exact time frame they said it would be. Delivery staff was above and beyond helpful.”
“This shop was one of the few places that really attracted my attention when it came to interesting merchandise. I just love browsing a store that has a lot of variety with an international flare. A variety of eye catching clothing in lovely styles and colors. Spending time to explore is a must! You'll find singing bowls, drums, jewelry, cultural nick knacks, decorative items for the home, wind chimes, statuary, art work, rocks & crystals. The whole shop is filled with items from top to bottom. I would have loved to make several purchases, but the only downside for me, was that everything was too pricey! I'm a tourist on a budget, and I know that I can get many of these items much cheaper back home!”
“It's always a few degrees too hot in this Target. It's really the only thing that keeps me from going to it when I have to choose whether I got to Walmart or not. I like what Target has versus Walmart, but if it's a hit day and I am already feeling it, I will go to Walmart instead just because it's too hot in this Target. Besides that, I love Target. More than Walmart. But you guys need to turn up the A/C a little bit ?”

“We had a good experience buying our amazing handmade dining table from Arhaus, Carmel. Our sales associate Tessa was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We looked for weeks for good quality table. So many stores don't have nice quality furniture . Tessa helped email us a quote, and we ended up buying a hand made table from Italy. It was even on sale which was an amazing value for this excellent quality piece.We received it within 10 days with a white glove delivery. Friendly, reliable movers.All around satisfactory experience! Saw that they are opening a new store at Stanford shopping Center. Giving Pottery Barn some competition!”

“I have always had great experiences in this store. The shelves are stocked, the staff is always friendly and helpful, I am able to easily find a staff member if I am having trouble finding some thing, and I love that there are multiple self check out lanes. Yes, sometimes the lines are long, and that’s because so many people come here because it’s such a great place to shop. Certain times a day are obviously better. It would be wonderful if they were more self check out lines, that would speed things up. More handicap parking would also be nice, because it’s frequently full, with no available close parking. Those things would easily bump it up to 5 stars. But the wonderful customer service and the good selection and the clean store totally make this my go to store.”
“I came in here today with my wife and we hada very pleasant time wandering around and looking at various gadgets and utensils. The help was present but not overbearing. The pricing was expectedly higher than you might find elsewhere but he store smelled amazing and was clean. I ended up buying myself a new wine decanter and am looking forward to using it this weekend!”
