Worst bank and branch that I ever dealt with. Having multiple account with Wells Fargo for 15 years personal accounts, business accounts, credit cards. This branch the reason why I am closing my accounts. Management should shut down this branch, this Via De La Valle branch is just liability to your company. I am thinking to file lawsuit. 2 times this branch lied to me, so I had to go to other Branch. This is the most useless branch ever. The teller/customer service was lie straight to your face. Her co-worker/supervisor either lied with her or just incompetent. But I think this is something to do about prejudice! Seriously some people in this branch are hating their job, lazy, so incompetent and simply prejudice. I went to another branch because I did not believe this lazy incompetent prejudiceemployee and the other Branch provide me with the service just so easily. I told them my experience with via della valle branch and they were so surprised. You figure.

Terrible customer service. The manager Theresa m lied to me and told me there was no way to rush my debit card. Claiming that was a service they discontinued. Which i know to be a lie. She had me sitting in there for an hour because she didn't want to overnight me a new debit card. She was trying to find every reason not to allow the bank to overnight it. The cards take 7 to 10 business days to come in the mail and I needed the physical card number to order medical supplies online. Huge waste of time and a big disappointment. An hour n a half later I got it rushed because she ran out of reasons not to let me.

This branch is located very well on Via de la Valle (just north of I5) with easy access. I rarely use teller services, so I cannot comment on the bank staff. But the drive-up ATM is great.

I am sitting here with Donovan as I write this. He is a banker here and has gone above and beyond accommodating my requests that is very time consuming. By the way, he will not make a penny off my visit today. He is treating me like I'm applying for a 10 million dollar loan. Donovan is a class act. Come bank at this branch and ask for DONAVAN!!!!!

The ATM service is fast and convenient here. It is in a centralized location, which makes it easy to stop and quickly accomplish what was set forth to do.

I came here last week and I needed something super important done. I first met with Susan and she was honestly the sweetest lady ever. She helped my case and worked with me every step. She spend over 2 hour with me. Most people wouldn't even bother or do this. I appreciate how friendly and patient she was given the time crunch. Also, I had to come back and I met with Joanna and she was like the nicest teller ever. She spent all day finishing a big project for me. I mean I couldn't believe how kind, caring and sweet these people were. No wonder I love Wells Fargo! It's people like Susan and Joanna that make me trust Wells Fargo and being a long time loyal customer. I can't express or put in words how thankful I am they helped me. Thank you ladies!!!

I love having Wells Fargo as my bank. Everyone is super friendly and whenever I go into the bank they are always so helpful. When I had a fraud scare they were so helpful and they always have a smile. I am so grateful to have a Wells Fargo family! If you are looking to change you're account Wells Fargo is the way to go! You won't regret it!
