“I have a rescued, shy and reactive dog that require some medical attention since he was a puppy. Continuous trip to the veterinarian office for sure was not an easy trip for all of us. However Dr Tsai is one of the doctor he could trust, very understanding and gentle. This veterinarian office allowing us to wait in the car, has quick exam outside in the parking lot rather than in stressful waiting room. Buddy came back thriving and back to normal after his medication, and tests.”

“What I really liked about this, Office is the doctor gave me an estimation before providing any services. She also made reasonable recommendations on what could wait or wasn’t real necessary just wanted to give you the option. I made the option to be conservative, I was still treated respectfully and not judged
The services were provided timely as well as the office appointment time
The staff were all very nice to my pets and even helped me out to my car with a heavy travel carrier and my 18 pound kitty.
The office as well as the exam room were very clean and had distractions for the pet.
I will return for future visits”
