Gabriel was so helpful and got my phone taken care of. I came in the days prior and it took 3 visits and still was having issues. I traded in the phone for a different version thinking maybe that was the issue and Gabriel took his time and made sure everything was taken care of. If you can ask for him if you want help and re assurance your account and phone are going to be set up working properly. Thanks Gabriel

Austin, the store manager, was very rude. We got a phone that was slightly cracked, and he refused to give us a replacement. We are 11 year customers. he said that he took our word for it, but would not give us a new phone. he had an attitude, and should be fired. He has terrible people skills.

Just switched 5 lines to Verizon through customer service, the manager Ben was helpful and set up a following appointment for next day to transfer the new phones to our old numbers. As he suggested I got the account number and transfer pin but staff avoided helping me and mentioned there is a 50 dollars charge for each phone for the service (which the didn’t disclose it the day before)… their excuse was “we are not making money from you”My question is are they part of Verizon?!Not a good practice for Verizon Policy … I’m already disappointed!

Verizon Store in Del Mar, CA. On Aug 14, 2023 I went into the store to inquire about adding a line and transferring a T-Mobile line over. The representative told me I would get a $200 Visa Gift card via e-mail if I transferred a line from T Mobile so I proceeded. I have yet to receive gift card and talked to Verizon customer care and they told me I was given false information and basically, too bad so sad. I have been with Verizon for atleast 15 years and have 4 lines with them and it seems they lie to get you to do what they want. I am quite sure Verizon could cough up a $200 Visa gift card as promised but, instead, they choose to continue to be okay with their employees lying to you. Obviously, I will be looking at other cell phone companies that will appreciate gaining 4 new lines-

So this whole transfer to verizon from tmobile has been a chaotic mess. Being said, Jason has been very helpful. He is very knowledgeable and helps me understand in further depth to go back to them and not victra. Shout to Marley and Bode as well.

Verizon is a waste of money and time. Customer service is non existent. Verizon is extremely unprofessional and they're such tight wads that they won't hire the reps needed to solve very basic problems.

Amazing customer service every time I go in. The level of professionalism and expertise is incredible and we never have to wait long. Everyone in the store is well trained and so pleasant. Gabriel was so patient with my older mom who is not tech savvy and I could not believe the way he went out of his way to walk her through everything explaining the most basic concepts. I had to write a review because I feel this kind of service deserves to be recognized.

So what is going on at Verizon here? We came in to buy a brand new Samsung phone. Should be easy. Frankly a fun occasion typically. But after the salesperson told me about the Verizon credit card 4 times and 4 times I said I don't need it he stopped the transaction and said he couldn't continue and then grabbed the manager Brad. They kept insisting it was their job to tell me about the card. Fine once, maybe twice, but stopping the entire transaction because I asked not to share again? Then pulling back the free promotional tablet? I seriously don't understand. Especially as I've been a Verizon customer for many years. At that point I didn't trust what what was going on. It's a shame we had to walk out. No new phone. At least also no Verizon card! So weird!

I had a HORRIBLE experience with the manager Ruben. I had in writing from customer service that my mom would be able to pick up a SIM card to add on to my account. She called me from the store and he was insanely rude, yelled at me at the top of his lungs and kept cutting me off, not letting me get a word in. He demanded I call 611 to speak to customer service, which I did. The representative confirmed that my mom could get a SIM card and Ruben still refused. Not only did he contradict what everyone else said, he was also very mean.

Gabriel is the absolute man!! My phone broke the day before Thanksgiving. I went to a Verizon retailer who were unable to help me after they mistakenly locked out my Verizon account. I went to the Del Mar Verizon location instead and was unaware they were closing in 5 min. I plead my case to Gabriel and told him I was without a phone and could not wait until Friday. Gabriel then went above and beyond and was able to stay late and get me in and out with a brand new phone in under 20 minutes. Gabriel saved my holidays and I will be forever grateful. Thank you Gabriel you are the man your customer service was impeccable
