This store is a scam! Beware. I had a P.O. Box here and the twin sisters who run it kept my mail and insisted I pay hundreds of dollars that I didn't owe in order to get it. They insisted on cash payments when my kids went to retrieve our mail then denied receiving it. It's a complete scam!

I cannot recommend this Access Point location. I dropped off a paid UPS package at this location over a week ago, and it's still sitting there. I have called the Access Point (CVS staff) twice and emailed UPS twice, and it still hasn't been picked up to be shipped. I will not be using this Access Point location again and will hesitate to use UPS at all in the future, if I can avoid it.

I just dropped off 2 items to return to Amazon and the staff there were not at all friendly and seemed almost irritated that they had to help a customer.It was a hot mess in there with packages all over the floor, piled up against a wall.I really hope my returned items make their way back to the Amazon seller.I can’t believe this location at Del Mar Heights is an approved site for Amazon returns.If I had choices, I would certainly not choose this one.
