This is an excellent wine shop, located near the Del Mar Whole Foods. The shop has an extensive collection of wines attractively displayed. Service is also excellent. They also accept telephone and on-line orders.

I don’t think there is any other area of my life where I can walk up to someone, explain what I’m looking for and trust completely in the results. I think that’s the difference when a shop is built on passion. I am always so grateful for Sean’s expertise and have never felt that I’m being sold on something for any reason other than his genuine admiration for the product. I look forward to our visits all the way from Julian. This is our only destination for quality wine and knowledgeable staff. Thank you so much!

Excellent help choosing a new wine. Great selection. I went in on a Saturday with a specific grape in mind. They gave me a couple of choices. I was very pleased with the result.

Great selection of wines from around the world. Well curated by knowledgeable owners. Catering primarily to local demographic but some excellent wines for under $20. Conveniently located next to a cheese shop. Just saying.

Great selection, incredibly helpful and engaging individual who greeted me and assisted me in picking out a riesling, which was delicious. Parking isn't easy but it's worth the struggle. Excited to return for my next occasion!

We were visiting San Diego because of a wedding and I love finding independent little wine shops with people who know their stuff and who are friendly. I was a little panicked when I saw this store closed in 30 mins and I was 15 mins away. So I zipped down there with my wife and was met with helpful folks and Sean helped us right away asking what we were looking for, price range and style we liked. Quickly, Sean found 4 stellar bottles (pasó Robles blend, French white, French Rhône and a interesting Swiss wine with a great story). We took them back to the room and enjoyed the paso blend with a pizza from the Whole Foods next door. Highly recommend this fine establishment.

Amazing collection of wine and spirits. I search for the best online then always find it in stock at this store. And the knowledgeable and helpful service is a huge plus. My go to store for the best liquors.

Bought some wine from here recently. The wine was fine. What I give 3 stars is their shipping. It's expensive to ship through this store. From San Diego to OC is not far but I understand gas is expensive right now. I still think shipping could be a little less expensive than it is.
