“I had the best experience yesterday at the Encinitas store! I had purchased a pair of the most comfortable cute black boots about a month ago that had a construction issue. Tara and Noemi took care of it right away. Then, I was looking for a pair of comfortable walking shoes for some trips. Tara gave me great advise and I purchased a few pairs, a couple on sale. The culture inside the store is so friendly and authentic, you might just want to hang out. Seeing Nat at the store was another meant to be moment. I am telling all of my friends that this is my favorite shoe store ever. I will be back!”

“Hubby and I went in there to see what was new. Met with a very pleasant Sales rep MICHAEL and he was great! Like 5-Star Great. He gives customer service the way it SHOULD BE. Ask For Michael, he will even be a concierge to great spots in and around San Diego. Back to the store, so they were having a good sale, bought some shirts and their 2yr warranty for their clothes is real :-o, they took back my husband's jacket that we were surprised got faded and he will be getting a replacement jacket in the mail. WOW!! It was a good a shopping experience.”

“The staff here were absolutely amazing!!! One of them helped me find jeans that I liked, and then when I wasn't sure about the cut, found the version I wanted on the website for me and helped me deliver directly to my house. Even though they were final sale, she made it clear if the jeans didn't fit right I could come back and return them. The jeans arrived and fit perfectly- exactly what I wanted!! They really went above and beyond :D”

“I've owned a pair of ECCO boots for over 20 years. My 2nd pair somehow had an issue with the sole deterioration. I thought I was going to have to trash them and wasn't pleased as they are pricey. I went to the UTC store and they told me to send them in to the company. I contacted the company and they had me send them in and they determined that it was their fault and they sent me a brand new pair. I really like these boots and the customer service I was given at the store as well as the company.”

“Great products. I'm not a western guy, more biker/rocker. But this is where I get my boots, some apparel, and accessories. Product selection is excellent with so many options to choose from, I can always find something to fit the occasion. This time, I bought El Dorado boots with bison leather. They are as comfortable as any boot I have ever owned, and i have about 25 pairs of boots. The service is awesome, and I am treated well here. That is not true of some western apparel shops I have visited. I love this place.”

“So, I got a pair of the Tree Dashers 2 for my birthday. My sister got them for me and wasn't sure about my size , so she ended up get me one size up. Not knowing how AllBirds size, I thought they were too big. O decided to go into the store.First impressions: such a clean and well kept store. Authentically pleasing and very relaxing to be in there. Just becareful when sitting in the wooden carved chairs, they tend to tilt(I almost fell off?).Lauren, who helped me, was with a customer already. After she was done with said customer, she apologetically came up to me and said she was sorry for making me wait so long. I said it was no problem at all.Told her about my dilemma about my shoes, and she told me to put them on first.She was able to spot the problem right away...they were to small!?.She let me know that I needed to give my big toe enough space so I wouldn't ruin the upper mesh, and that it would be more comfortable because of the width of my foot.Boom! She was right!She even convinced me to stay with the colorway my sister got(gum and blue I think), and not to get more neutral colors like black and gray, like most guys get?.So note to customers wanting to get a pair of All Birds, go a size up. They can run smaller, depending on your foot.But all in all, A+++ on my experience and customer service here. Lauren really helped me out and made me feel great about choosing the right size and colorway.Thanks Lauren, Kudos!????????”

“Went there today to pick up some Christmas presents for my sons, I was not expecting the level of service that I got. Usually, I have to shop at a luxury boutique like Burberry or Ferragamo but today Nolan really outshined himself. I was picking up two jackets for my sons, and he instantly was so excited to show me, the California classic T-shirts that were exclusive to the California stores in the new hiking boots I definitely will be in for some hiking boots, and some T-shirts for my nephews and my sons”

“Super nice men's clothing store. The staff clearly knows how to help a guy out... even when timing is an issue. There's a tailor on staff and who doesn't like that! The clothes they sell is on another level... it's a good find. It's not Nordstrom, it's not Macys.... It's way better. It didn't hurt that they offer free gift wrapping during the holidays.”
