Went by today to grab some snacks and fill up only to be told that he would not take cash for the snacks because there was a shift change and he wouldn’t take cash. Lazy! That’s the last time I fill up there !

The water rinse the soap before brushes even start. The brushes don't cover the car specially on the back. The dryer is short and weak. The vacuum is 2$ for a very short time and is sometimes broken. Considering it being the only vavuum, it is anoying.

Cashier had zero clue how to use the Shell or Ralphs cards...got upset when asked to try again. That should not be the least bit difficult.

In the last few years, every employee, including what seems to be managers or owners are extremely rude to customers. Remember we are the ones keeping your doors open. You need to change your attitude. This is my last time here I'll be going elsewhere to spend my money. Many different instances I have not had good interactions here. They sell car washes, I needed change for the vacuum that they sell service for. The guy could not give me quarters because he said I had to buy some thing in order to open his drawer. I said I was buying some thing I bought the car wash. Would not give me change. Another day, the guy wanted to charge me to turn the air for tires on which is illegal. Twice now I have let them know that the credit card machine does not work at the car wash so you have to go in to pay for it if you did not buy gas. The guy seem to be a manager. Kind of laughed it off and had the attitude that he could care less. Went through the car wash today and Air only worked on half of the car and turned off and all of the lights are not working on the car wash. They need to sell this place. These people do not deserve to be business owners.

Went in to get a car wash. Went through the car wash and hardly nothing was working. Went inside and explained that the car did not get washed. The clerk made me feel like I was lying but he ended up giving me credit to go through again. I had an appointment but afterwards I came back and went through and everything worked correctly. $8 for a basic wash. Glad it worked the second time.

Joke of a car wash. $8 express wash was quite literally a 15 second MAX light spray down. Didn’t do anything. Rip off.

I work graveyard nearby. Every time I walk over here to grab something it is closed even though it should be a 24 hour place. Door is always locked with a sign saying the register is down, no matter what time of night. If it’s not actually 24 hours then the hours need to be changed because I’m sick of walking over for it to be closed.
