Very rude service. Charged me $5 for mail holding and pickup because she said they don’t offer that service anymore, but it’s not published anywhere that they don’t. Argued with me and was really sour.

Great Experience at Postal Annex Del Mar. Helped me box up and ship my items and gave great suggestions. Always friendly and personable. Very convenient location and never long lines. Use frequently.

The old lady there was super mean and very unhelpful and she even said, "are you going to pay for the actual packing slip" and I quote "this is costing me money so I'll charge you $2 for each one." Even when Amazon delivered the packages, she even said "your always never on time." Like damn, she needs a life check.

This place is reliable, dependable, quick and easy. The staff are friendly even when they are busy. I use it for all my company needs and find small gifts for friends and family in their interesting collection of fun stuff inside the store!

All the lady had to do was answer my question if my package was adequately sealed but no! She tried to make me feel stupid. ("What? You need me to tape it for you?") A failure in at least two ways...

They’ll nickel and dime you with fees. Hit me with a $2 “office services” charge & $2 “packing” charge, banking on it you won’t notice. Michaela wasn’t very helpful. Extremely unfriendly. No sense of community, especially from the only shipping store in wealthy RSF. Drive another mile and go to The UPS store

I walked in with two boxes that needed to be sent via FedEx and the woman working there was on the phone. She completely ignored me for at least five minutes while she finished her call. Then she asked me if I was just dropping the boxes off. One of them was not taped s*** yet so clearly I was not just dropping them off. I told her no, I needed labels for them. She immediately looked mad and asked me how I would be shipping them. I told her FedEx and she again looked mad and told me that her FedEx person was already there and needed to leave. I said ok, I still need to ship these so I didn't care if they were going out then or the next day. Honestly, she seemed very bothered that I was making her work. Rude and extremely unfriendly service. I won't be going back. There are plenty of other FedEx places I can go to ship packages.

Flagrantly mean-spirited, creepy and unprofessional. Google listing said store was open till six, but I called at 4:48 from my car as I was driving (see time stamped photo of phone log) just to be sure. Josie answered the phone and said the store was actually closing at 5pm NOT SIX as was posted on Google. I told her I was on my way and that I just wanted to pick up a DHL package that had been delivered there for me. She was curt, and said as long as I was there before five, I would be fine. I told her I could see the store in the distance and that I would be there right in the nick of time. Less than ten minutes later when I was standing at the door of the store at 4:57 (see time stamped photo). The store was dark, the door was locked and the gate was drawn. In disbelief, I knocked in the hope someone was still there - No ANSWER. Then I called on my phone, letting it ring for quite some time - NO ANSWER. Despite KNOWING I was coming, Josie didn't give a damn and closed the store EARLY. The following day, I came back and collected my package. Josie was working the store. When I asked her why on earth she had closed early and basically slammed the door in my face, she came up with a variety of absurd excuses such as: the last customer had left and "accidentally" locked the door behind them.... Guess he or she must have also turned off the lights and pulled the inner gate closed too. She told me she was actually at the store till 5:15, so I asked if that were the case, why hadn't she responded when I knocked on the door, and why she didn't answered the phone when I called at 5:01 (see photo of phone log). "We aren't supposed to answer the phone after close" she answered. If she was actually still there, that makes it even more insidious and creepy. I collected my package and left, never to return. I rerouted my DHL deliveries and I'm grateful I will never have to deal with this pathetic liar ever again.

There is an elderly, heavy blonde woman that works there that is known for barking at people, and when business is booming with a lot of people coming in she falls apart and then raises her voice and is extremely rude to everyone. She is the only person there that has treated me like this. And when I was there 3 other customers left grumbling.....Bad for biz...

I went to go drop off a package and the lady was unnecessarily snarky about it. I had asked for a receipt just so that I have a record of it, but she responded saying that the fact that she’s been in business and has multiple branches is enough proof that these packages will be fine. I feel that being simply told she doesn’t provide receipts for USPS was more than enough.
