I initially met Luan 16+ years ago when selling him a vehicle. We had an honest, smooth, and fair transaction. I learned then, that he was a jeweler and I later hired him to make 2 custom wedding bands, one for my husband with intricate details - he nailed the designs. We later needed another wedding band with intricate details and he yet again nailed that. Fast forward many more years and I am in the market to purchase another custom piece from his collection, and the quality and pricing make the decision easy, it's deciding between all different gorgeous designs that make it difficult. Having a personal jeweler you trust and respect, is priceless! I highly recommend Luan, his customer service is on point, you feel like a friend from the moment you step in his shop, and his attention to detail is exceptional.

Very fast and reliable service! Took a ring to him to put in a stone that had fallen out. Previous jeweler kept the ring for 2 weeks after which the stone promptly fell out again. Brought it to Luan and he had the stone back in and on my hand within half an hour and it's still in, months later! Great work and fair priced.

Luan is great! I have taken my watches and rings her for service, sizing and repair! Luan is very knowledgeable! I even bring my watches here to be verified before I buy them! Luan has saved me from buying fake watches a couple times now! He will explain in good detail why one would be fake or real. The man is Rolex certified! Wot don't go anywhere else!

Lüan is a true artist! He took my original engagement ring, a round solitaire set on a platinum band, and turned it into two lovely rings. I originally intended to get the solitaire re-set into some sort of 3-stone band, but Lüan showed me other inspiration photos and I fell in love with the "cushion halo" look. He also transformed the ring the solitaire was previously mounted on into a plain band, so I can still wear it. Reasonable pricing for custom work! Such a treasure to have this caliber of craftsman in our little Village! (Sorry for the delayed review, Lüan! :) )

Can't speak highly enough about Luan and his store. I sold a Rolex Sea-Dweller to him and after having some regret he was kind enough to sell it back to me. Luan is the best Jeweler in a town with many options. He truly cares about his clientele. Luan has helped my family and me on several occasions. Most recently, He found a limited edition TAG that hadn't been produced since 2015/2016. The "big guys," like Ben bridge and Jared are fine but can't compare to Luan's personal touch. Richard M.
