“I went back to this Tmobile this past wek and once again was assited by Julio. I was able to get the Samsung S24 plus for a reasonable price. The reason that I had to pay was due to the fact, that there was another line which has the S23 that I am still paying on. However Julio was upfront with the situation and was able to get the deal done. By the way the S24 plus is worth it. And besides that in less than six months the S23 will be paid for and my bill will drop significantly and the S 24 plus will be literally be paid for as well. Julio was very professional and pleasant. He was able to assist me in paying the payment arrangement that was set up. The only thing I would recommend to have an payment machine, so that you can make an payment without checking in with a customer representative. Or waive the five dollar fee. Especially if you are a veteran. Or have them ask a customer. Other than that only had to wait five minutes, which was very good.”
“I’m happy, happy, happy! Spectrum is dependable and their customer service is excellent. They aren’t perfect, but they work to make things right.
I’ll take it any day over my previous experience with Verizon’s degradation in service, price gouging, lying customer service reps. And, every time I called Verizon with a technical issue, their solution was for me to pay more. We were very hesitant to leave Verizon because they have excellent coverage. However, my interactions with their customer service made me question whether I was on the TV show “Punked” with Ashton Kutcher.
Spectrum still values people and relationships with their customers. I’ve been very happy with my wi-fi service over the past 7+ years, so I just switched over my cellular service to Spectrum since they use Verizon’s network. Spectrum’s pricing is 37% of Verizon’s with 100% better customer service. So far, I’m ecstatic about the switch (2 phone lines at an introductory rate of $50 a month. 50 gigs of 5G speeds (it will slow after reaching 50 gigs). That price also includes 10 gigs of personal hot spot @ 5G speeds as well. After a year the price goes up to $69; they promise to never raise rates (TBD). Even with the increase, it’s still 51% of my prior Verizon bill.

Not only did they deliver, but the technical staff that worked on site was much better than I have experienced with other providers. They were able to help us get our equipment up and running (we are remote to the location) quickly and clearly understood everything that was going on. They have never made me doubt my decision to try them.”

“Our last phones, S10+, were purchased here in June 2019 and we were in serious need of an upgrade since my husbands phone had already gotten to the point it wouldn't work anymore. After speaking with Haydee we selected the model we wanted. She was informative and explained everything in detail so it was easy for us to understand all the new and improved features and the cost associated with each line item. She also seamlessly transferred all our unique data from each phone to our new ones. We have been with Verizon for decades and have never regretted it. Not once has our Verizon service ever dropped calls. We also purchased Verizon internet while we were there. We have had Spectrum internet for decades without a problem with their service, but what started out at 29.99/month over time of incremental price increases, the latest two months ago, is now 90.99/month. Verizon is way, way cheaper so we switched. Verizon has always there when we needed them and we wouldn't think of using anyone else for our phone service and now internet service.”

He told me he could give a screen protector dollars each and that I could replace it at any time. I did it and a month later I needed replacement and they said I needed to buy a protection plan which is 18 dollars a month for each phone and then they can do it. Im that's is just awful. Nobody told me that when I bought the screen protector. It's not ok when they sell you stuff without telling you everything you need to buy so it can work. I would not recommend this store since they are not trustworthy .”
