We walked in and asked for my 4 year old custom gold ring to be resized and polished. It took 1 week and came out looking brand new! There were no visible lines from the soldering even though the ring was taken a full size down and years of dings and scratches are gone.

Terrible workmanship, terrible records, lied about stretching gol, gold is narrow where it should have been added, uneven and improper polishing of gold.

They stretched a diamond ring, which should not be done, and I believe instead of sizing two other rings, stretched them too. I spoke to the woman who owns this place and she wasn't there, in spite of asking me to come down. Her husband denied ever seeing me, and they can't find their records. The shop is a mess with paper all over the floor. Now I have 3 damaged or inappropriately sized rings I cannot use.

I am so impressed with the Gold Center. They are the best jewelers. I had my engagement ring embellished and I was more than grateful for the beauty and time they took to make my ring the most beautiful thing! After the success of the ring, I brought a picture of my precious dog that had recently passed and they created the most exquisite necklace that resembled my beautiful pup. The diamonds were magnificent. Thank you Gold Center!!

I drive all the way from East County to access their superb work. The owner is a true artist. When resizing rings, he makes sure the design is consistent all the way around. He made me a replacement gold and blue topaz earring to exactly match the one I lost. I've taken all my vintage pieces to him because I trust his skill. The saleslady (the wife) is so kind and engaging; I love talking to her.
