Kate at Feather Acres is the most kind and genuine person - she is such a pleasure to work with.I first went to Feather Acres when I moved to San Diego to get an orchid for our new home and she was so helpful in making it look beautiful.When I got engaged, I knew I had to work with Kate. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, she was so incredibly helpful - from brainstorming sessions, to countless emails, to coordination, ideation, and mock-ups, Kate was poised, professional, and unendingly helpful. She made the wedding planning process such a joy for florals. The wedding day was a breeze, thanks to her coordination and gorgeous floral designs. I owe a lot to Kate for making it such an incredible day!Kate and Feather Acres is fantastic and I highly recommend working with her or sourcing beautiful florals from her.

Kate and her team are the best. I called from out of state to inquire about a succulent arrangement to send to an elderly woman for the loss of her husband. She sent me pictures of some gorgeous options and then actual pictures of the arrangement on my friend's patio. And guess what the actual arrangement was as amazing as the marketing photos!! To top it off she followed through on my request/concern that the recipient may not be able to move such an arrangement by having her assistant carrying it to the back patio. Top notch service and quality product! Plus Kate was so kind to me as I was emotional dealing with the loss myself.

This is a long overdue for Feather Acres and the incredible florist at its heart, Kate! Kate did all the flower arrangements for our wedding in October. Prior to the big day, she gave me a very reasonable quote for her services and was a joy to communicate with. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and understood what I was asking for even though I don't fluently speak flower, ha. On the day of our event, she was prompt, efficient, and made truly gorgeous arrangements - she even repurposed flowers from our ceremony site to have at our reception venue that was across town. Her creativity really shone through and we were so happy with the result. She was my favorite vendor we worked with and I cannot recommend her enough!

This is the BEST florist in Southern California! The flowers may be a tad bit more expensive, but the design, longevity of flowers and service is well worth it! The store and design studio are very unique. A step into a wonderland of plants and gifts. It is fun just to visit and walk through. We live in north County Inland and will drive the extra miles to order (as does the out of state extended family - who calls). Beyond compare! Have used Feather Acres for weddings, a funeral, lots of gifts and just because. Kate, the owner, is an amazing, professional, attentive, person. She goes out of her way to make sure your experience is as amazing as her creations. Did I mention they have beautiful orchids too? Kate works directly with growers to get the healthiest plants and flowers.

Absolutely love this place! I am succulent-obsessed and Feather Acres has the most beautiful succulents and succulent arrangements. The quality of the plants is far better than what I've found at other shops - so vibrant and plump, which I love. And if succulents aren't your jam, there are plenty of other gorgeous flowers and plants to choose from. Whether you're just shopping for some additions to your garden, or need arrangements for an event, Kate is just the sweetest and such a pleasure to work with.

Kate at Feather Acres is absolutely lovely and made the flower selection and ordering process SO easy! I'm in LA and wanted to send flowers to a friend in Del Mar. I found Feather Acres on Yelp and called them directly. Kate was super helpful, the bouquet came out beautiful (she sent a picture) and she gave me the feeling that she genuinely cares about the client. If you're looking to send flowers to someone in the area, don't hesitate to reach out to Feather Acres.

This place is magical. Love the serenity and beauty in this garden oasis. Come with your family. Come with your friends. Bring your own food though. The sandwiches are tiny... like half the size of regular sandwiches for full price.

Kate came to my rescue! She was so quick to respond to all of my questions and was so helpful! The flower bouquets that she put together for me were absolutely beautiful and the recipients loved them as well. I highly recommend getting flowers from Feather Acres. Kate was so amazing and I could not have been any happier! She really listened to me and provided wonderful options within my budget range. When my needs changed (multiple times) she was patient, ready, and responsive. Kate helped me make the best possible decisions and followed through on all counts. The flowers were incredible, the colors were gorgeous, and every single part of the experience was positive. The delivery was on time and there was no added stress throughout the process. I could not imagine getting flowers from anyone else for an important event.
