Good paint but I drove all the easy there on Saturday because the website says they close at 5pm. When I arrived, they posted 3:30 pm on the door

If you are going to "temporarily close early at 3:30" then please leave a message on your phone or update your online hours so I don't bust my hump driving through traffic to get there before you are supposed to close at 5pm.

I am super impressed with the Manager of this place Mr. Davon… He was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient while listening to my remodel struggles with paint and painters!!! After learning about my project, He calmly explained the superiority of their name brand and how it distinguished from the competition. He showed me all the separate sheens available and advised me on on color, and the paint choices for the various applications.After this encounter with Mr. Davon, i will not go anywhere else to buy paint products, as this shop also seems very clean and organized; probably because he also sees to it… ?

Sophia really went above and beyond to help us today. Our painter used Dunn Edwards to paint the exterior of our house about a year ago. We needed some touch-up paint. and unfortunately we didn't remember the sheen or specific type of paint that was used. Sophia spent about a half hour with us combing through all of our painter's orders from the timeframe that our house was painted until she found the order that had our paint on it. It wasn't what we would have guessed just by looking at the paint, so it was a huge help. Thanks again for going out of your way to help us today, Sophia - we really appreciate it!

I needed paint matched and was totally stumped. Then, Kailey who works here - meticulously - went above and beyond to match the shade of paint precisely! What impressed me is how much time she took to get it right! I hope the ownership and management appreciate her. Excellent employee and so dedicated.

Paint quality is good but staff are painful. Called ahead so that we wouldn't be waiting for the paint to be mixed with Covid and all. That meant calling twice as first time I gave up after being on hold for 20 minutes. Second time was on hold for 12 minutes. Placed the order for 1 gallon of paint in specific color. Showed up at the store 5 hours later and nothing had been done. Was told it would take 10 minutes. Thinking I'm on to them, went to get groceries first. Came back THIRTY minutes later and STILL waited another 20 minutes to get the paint. Bloody ridiculous.

Why are the women that work at this location such horrible rude people to their clusters!!????? I swear I will never ever buy paint from these unappreciative sour people. Such bad representation for your company. Who hires such miserable people???

Lilia Huezo is a total gem! I am a designer who is in and out of paint stores on a regular basis. Today, I was lucky enough to cross paths with Lilia! She is very knowledgeable and professional. Best customer service I have recieved from an Associate in any paint store I have ever been in! Thank you Lilia!
