We have an account at Chase. I went in to cash a check and was told we have no money here at this branch. No money at my bank. I just think this is absurd. It's like a big ATM building. Literally. This is crazy and poor customer service.

I am very disappointed Chase Bank in Del Mar wasted my time on a busy day. I called and asked to schedule and appointment. I was informed that I did not need one, but when I showed up 10 minutes later the banker said he already had an appointment scheduled, but I could schedule one for 2hr later ...

I love this branch, the employees are super nice and very helpful. I love coming here because I know they offer excellent service. Definite recommendation for anyone and everyone!
