“This branch is located very well on Via de la Valle (just north of I5) with easy access. I rarely use teller services, so I cannot comment on the bank staff. But the drive-up ATM is great.”

The Del Mar branch is headed by manager Fernanda Colston-who in a moment of crisis-theft on a vacation in Greece with my young children-worked swiftly, tirelessly and creatively with her team to provide a solution, without ID or any cards! She and her team are 100% the reason I stay! I really feel they care about their clients and their families-regardless of what size their account is. Highest praise to Fernanda and her branch team.”
“Went right before they closed on a weekday and it didn’t get busy until right after I got there. I was immediately helped by Lucy at the teller counter and she was really sweet and patient with me checking all the details. When they did get busy, it seemed that someone made sure the customer in line knew they’ll be helped as soon as possible.”

“I have to say, this is a very nice building, and more importantly, the staff at this location are also nice and helpful. I needed to reload my quarters tube, and get my hands on some Benjamins. A very big and buff guy tended to my requirements. Very efficient, and quite helpful. Although visiting an ATM would have some miles and minutes, it is important these days to visit with a teller, inside the branch. Personal banking with those you trust. Chase what matters, right?”
