This branch sucks. I try avoiding coming here as much as I can but unfortunately sometimes I can’t help it. If you have the misfortune of needing help from a banker you’re in for a VERY LONG wait. I was there twice recently and both times I had to wait for over 30 min before speaking to someone. The only two available bankers were chitchatting with the customers they were helping, with complete disregard of the fact that several people were waiting to be helped. Horrible customer service.

Lots of attentive workers greeting me, making me feel important. Always a banker to help me with problems.

I am highly disappointed with the branch. I am a premium customer and they did not even answer our questions completely. We went for to get documents notarized and they did not have the notary at desk. Went on lunch at 4 PM. Seriously? They took my number to call and schedule an appointment but no one called. And the banker did not answer any of our questions.

Teller Jose, you the MAN! Upon entering the bank I was already frustrated being that I called the bank earlier to try to talk to someone directly and there wasn't an answer twice, on top of that walking in to a long line that actually wound up moving decently. I really appreciated the lady coming out to greet people and helping with an ESL customer. But back to Jose, I had notice him being really friendly with other customers but in my judgemental head, I said to myself he's not going to be nice to me for whatever reason, and he did just opposite. Jose had a way of easing out that edge that one feels in a busy bank during rush hour by just treating you like a human, acting human, being open to humor, being professional, I even noticed he spoke Spanish to a regular customer that he recognized. That made me feel good. And then being able to switch up and talk to me as an African American holding the same amount of cheerful candor. I pay attention to that kind of stuff, and it goes a long way. Living in Davis for 4 years and banking with Wells over a decade, I definitely had one of the best experiences with a teller in Davis thus far. Please keep up the good work, and I'll be back for some for change soon!

I’m trying to schedule an appointment with the notary. I am currently on my 12th try and starting to think Wells Fargo doesn’t appreciate their customers or the money they have been entrusted with.Update, after 17 calls I started looking for different number options and they answered the investment services number on the first try. Waiting for Notary to return call.I don’t know what procedures they have on place for phone service but I have never encountered such poor customer service.Update #2- I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes Wells Fargo closed without returning my phone call.

Went to this branch in the morning, long line by the front door for tellers. Left and came back in the afternoon, still a long line. More tellers please :)

Always a big line and only 1 or 2 clerks working at the windows. While the other employees are just walking around and making jokes.

This location racially profiled my spouse! He went in to cash his check and spoke to a a manager because no one would help him and the manager kept giving him dirty looks and checking the cameras! Because he is darker colored!! They made him show 2 forms of ID to cash a check I have never ever had to show any form of ID to cash a check there! Then got mad when he was getting an attitude for the way he was getting treated! DO BETTER DAVIS! I thought this town was full of nice people I was wrong! Racial discrimination!!!

They don't answer phone and don't call back if asking them in-person in the branch to call me to make an appointment. On the plus side, their ATMs work.

Every time I've been here I've had a wonderful experience! The greeter in the lobby always points you to where you need to go, and the tellers are always super fast and friendly. And unlike the former Wells Fargo Safeway locations- their ATMS always work! When I had some money for a retirement account from a past employer, they were great about handling the forms and talking me through the process because I was just a college student who knew nothing back then. My banker actually took the time to show me the WellsTrade layout, and told me she wanted me to leave there feeling like I had a good understanding of it. The time she spent with me was invaluable. They also were great about finding a credit card that was right for me so I could get started building my credit. I recommend this branch to all!

Horrible customer service! The Davis branch manager was incompetent. Woodland branch did what the Davis branch said they couldn't do. Sucks I had to drive out of town to get the help.

These guys dont pick up the phone at all even during business hours which made me go to the bank, only to learn that I will need an appointment. Made an appointment and started working with Megan Elsea, customer service rep. She took months to respond to my first email and I dont even know if the issue is even resolved as she never emailed back and confirmed. I gave up after sending few follow up emails. Not sure why her title is customer service rep when she provides zero service. I will never open another account with Wells Fargo! Oh wait, they may open one for me without my knowledge.
