We went for a simple phone upgrade on my son's line, after giving us all the "corporate mandated" options and offers (i'm not pinning this on the sales rep, since they are required to do it to maintain their jobs) and 3 hours later, he ended up changing us to a plan that we did not want nor needed, that plan change caused my line to stop receiving sms messages. I had to go back to the store twice and have calls with 3 tier 2 technicians to solve the problem. The cherry on top was that I had to pay for a new sim card after the last tier 2 technician said it was going to be free.

Best Verizon experience today, I had a complicated question and there was a lot going on in the store. Derius Johnson really knew how to manage and evaluate the account and handled my concerns with exceptional professionalism and personal courtesy.

This is the best customer service I have received at any Verizon Store over the past 10 years. Darius Johnson has excellent customer service skills and he really cares. Wish I came across more people like him. We will definitely be back

We were scammed by the store (Darius) on two phones. Promised credits and promotions. Paid an upfront cost for the new phones and also traded in old phones. The store staff did not apply the trade in or promotion. It’s been six months and I’m still paying over and beyond in my bills. Been to the store and made umpteen calls but to no avail. Deeply regret switching to Verizon. AVOID VERIZON AT ALL COSTS.

My wife and I were at this location a week ago and were assisted by Darrius. He was a real delight to interact with. He helped us select and set up a new phone and found us ways to save money on our phone plan.
