These people are amazing. Not sure what the other reviews are referring to. They helped me with a “wild” & glitched package intercept and worked way beyond the call of duty to help me ensure my package wasn’t stolen/left at the wrong address!

The clerk was very rude to me when I came in yesterday. I waited in line to drop off a package, and she spoke very fast, rushed me and told me I could leave it in the mailbox in the future. I asked her about the weight of the packages allowed in the mailbox, and she gave a very snarky and dismissive answer, implying that I didn't read the sign above it carefully enough. I'm an Asian student, and I noticed that she treated me exactly the same way as a lot of the reviewers here have stated. She was very polite and helpful to the people in front of me (they weren't Asian). Someone like this should not be working in a customer service position. Shame on USPS for keeping her as an employee for so long when she makes many students in the community feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's frankly disgusting.

AVIOD! Racist aside, the clerk mislead me while purchasing money order on purpose. She specifically told me to sign on the back before sending, making the money order useless. USPS don’t get customers for a good reason.

Very bad experience with the clerk lady. She is clearly rude toward asian people without even a little patience. I can’t believe years ago people posted that lady and she’s still here today. She could seriously hurt people’s feelings. It’s not about whether people do or do not understand how busy she is or how the usps works. It’s all about attitude. She is clearly RACIST.

Some time ago I had the same experience so many people have shared here. I heard her complain about international students for not understanding the US postal system. She was rude and clearly discriminatory towards me, while friendly and helpful with the white customers that came afterward.

Watch for afternoon hrs only after 12:30 but the stay worker now is great. Good place to mask up and get stamps mail packages. ??

I have had a PO Box there for years. Nice people work there, though you have to know when they are open.PO Box is not accessible 24hrs.

I think the clerk also doesn’t like Latinos. I thought it was weird how monotone her voice was and how she looked so annoyed and pissed when I just asked her how much shipping was. Thought she was just having a bad day. Turns out she’s like that with Asian people as well. She even look annoyed when I told her too have a good day and thank you.

A government office that has no need for competition and therefore treats their customers (constituents) like bums. Too much inefficiencies and no need for innovation. They do the bare minimum and take all the criticism since the only way they lose revenue is if everyone stopped paying their taxes. Terrible customer services, lady behind the desk does the job for a check and treats people like they're lesser than her. Probably overworked and understaffed, but totally rude.

Please go somewhere else. I thought she was being mean to everyone, but it turns out it's because I'm Asian. No wonder she was all friendly and joking with two guys before me, but then became cold when it was my turn. I politely asked if I could get shipping and return labels for my package. She just said, "Well I don't have a public printer." and keep repeating her words. This confused me because the website said they provide printing labels. When I asked how to write my address without a printed label, she replied with, "I don't care." It won't kill you to give some instructions and explanation when what you say doesn't match the website.
