I was so upset and shocked with the many tricks this apartment played on me in 2022. I signed my lease 6 months in advance. They called me multiple times throughout saying they needed to "change this" and "change that." They even changed my room assignment and couldn't give any acceptable explanation. Two day before my move in date, the manager CANCELLED my lease because "the resident was refusing to move out!!" I was all packed and ready to go! That wasn't even in the lease agreement! Hope someone sues this apartment honestly. Can't take the toxic negativity around here.

I cannot say enough good things about University Square Apartments. The location is fantastic and the apartment upon move-in was spotlessly clean. My son and his girlfriend have had a couple of minor maintenance requests that are always dealt with within 24 hours. The pool is beautiful and clean. They can walk to downtown with restaurants, shops and a movie theater. And it's only a 7 minute bike ride to campus. Wonderful experience!

Responsive and helpful maintenance staff. Location is nice and right by downtown. Apartment WiFi is slow but overall unit is fine. I've enjoyed living here.

I lived at I Street apartments for almost three years and had a great experience. The location was ideal as a student: close to classes and right near all the restaurants in downtown. Management was quick to respond to any issues we had and added very thoughtful touches like free breakfast during finals week and other treats to show their appreciation for their tenants! Only reason I give 4 stars is because the apartment is old.

Love this place! It's the perfect location from School campus and downtown. Cute apartment and the perfect space. Management is super nice and never had a problem with them. I definitely recommend this place!!

I live here and the office is great! Maintenance is really nice and quick. They also do a lot of stuff for people who live here, like nacho bars, donuts and coffee, etc

I have lived here for 1 year. The management staff are nice and efficient. The complex has a 24h our policy that keeps people quiet. If you are looking for a calm, college complex, this is a great place.

I have lived here for about a year, and I am enjoying my experience! The office staff are very helpful and accomidating, and the aparemtments themselves are well kept and plesent to live in. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars, however, is that the walls are fairly thin here, so hearing your neighbors when they have gatherings is not uncommon. Other than that, living at University Square is great! Great location, reasonable pricing, and a nice facility overall.

I've been living here for a couple of months now. The management is nice, our apartment has all new appliances, and rent is reasonable compared to other places neighboring downtown. Two bus lines, the A and Z line are right next to the complex. There's also free internet!

Great apartments! Have never had any maintenance issues and management is friendly. Pool is always clean and well taken care of. Also walking distance to downtown.

I love living here! I've had a 1 bedroom upstairs for about 2 years and I've never had any problems. I've actually recommended friends to live here. The office staff is nice and always does nice things for the residents. I'm going to hate leaving these apartments one day!
