The service of the apartment is very good and the manager is very friendly. There are often interesting activities. Close to campus and Trader Joe's.

I’ve lived here for a couple months, the staff is really nice and the community is super friendly. The location is a huge perk, literally a 6 min bike ride from central campus The apartment itself is pretty standard with some “landlord special” coverups.

I live here right now and it is a great spot. Very good location with unitrans busses right in front of it and right across the street from Trader Joes. Apartment itself is cute and cozy.

The location is very convenient and the staff are lovely. Bike parking is a bit odd and and the parking lot is really close quarters.

I've lived here for the better part of two years and I am looking forward to a third. The staff on the maintenance team are cheerful and quick to help with requests, and the personnel in the office always tell me to have a good day. Even if the property is a bit older than most, it is clear that the folks here work super hard to make it both welcoming and optimized. Also, the people here were really good at teaching me things when I was less familiar with living off campus. Ask them questions and they will help you too! Finally, I really like the outdoor grill. I've never gotten the chance to grill before living here.

I would give 0 star if I could. I was living here for a year and our deposit got deducted almost $300 because of “partial painting”. When we asked for the evidence of the parts of the wall that need partial painting, they just sent a bunch of photos of flawless walls. I don’t understand. Is there something invisible that worth “partial painting” and $300? Many people got the exactly same problem if you look at other reviews. It is incredible that such a long-standing apartment complex can take money in such a ridiculous way. If you really need that money, use your brain and think about something smart, not sending pictures of nothing and calling it “evidence”. Don’t respond me with your phone number like you did to other bad reviews. It is not worth talking to ridiculous people like you.

My bedroom window was out of order and the maintenance Cesar Romo come and fixed it quickly and perfectly! He did a really great job! Thank you so much Cesar.

Please be aware that you are restricted to 12-month leases with no simple way of breaking them at this unit and no option of month-by-month. As this place caters to students this means that most tenants will be on the hook for an extra 2-3 months of rent after finishing school. Considering the already very high prices, it's a deal breaker.

Management was horrid. My friends and I were on a group lease and requested an apartment that had an elevator nearby because one of them had an ankle disability and if they continue to walk up and down the stairs, their condition can worsen. The management chose an apartment that was on the other complex, which had no elevator and was on the third floor. In addition, one of the workers told us that there was an elevator in both complexes, but later on, we were told that there was only one elevator built. In addition, when I asked them when we should deliver a disability note, so I can tell my friend the news, they told me that they'll send an email and let us know when to turn it in. Never happened. Management demanded the note within three to four days, which was not enough time. For any UC Davis looking for housing, do not come here and never sign a lease here.

Terrible management. Notified us that there was no elevator for one side of the building AFTER we signed the lease. Made it very difficult for us to break our lease despite one of the lease signers having a walking disability. What kind of multi-story apartment don't have elevators in this day and age? Refused to refund us the rental deposit too. Would give a 0 star rating if I could. Spend your money on better things.
