It is quick to get help if you have a maintenance issue. Put in a maintenence request overnight, the next day the guy came and fixed my garbage disposable problem and everything works great now.

The maintenance supervisor E was amazing. I got locked out and he showed up in 10 minutes and was able to get us a new lock and key and even made a copy for my roommate who was out of town. He was also very sweet and easy to talk to. Thank you so much E!! You're the best.

The Maintenance man E came in promptly to fix my electrical issue. Maintenance is not an issue in this apartment. They come and take care of you.

I just renewed my lease and it is gonna be my third year in these apartments. I love it here! It's walking distance from downtown Davis which is great! The maintenance team, especially E, was great! He's very polite and was very receptive to my maintenance requests. He didn’t mind making multiple trips to make sure everything was done perfectly. The staff at the office is also very polite and helpful especially Ashley and Ayah they are always quick to respond to emails.

I went on a short trip and they changed my locks/locked me out. I renewed and they charged me 200$/month more (they're charging new Leases 1605 and old leases 1805). They also never sent the email about changing my locks

I lived her for 18 months between November 2010 and August 2012. I kept my apartment clean. No garbage. No left out food. I was a 30-year-old undergrad and former military. The cockroaches had nothing to do with the cleanliness of my apartment. It was a non-stop problem that forced me to stop cooking at home and did not even have silverware or plates. I had to buy paper plates and plastic silverware and paper cups that I kept sealed in an air-tight tub.
I took this property to small claims court. The on-site property managers blatantly lied in the hearing.
This property is so corrupt, they keep deleting my review. You already have so many one-stars, you think my one-star is going to be the review that sinks your dumpster of a titanic?

an expensive dumpster. Only nice thing about this place is that you’ll never feel alone in your apartment - so many cockroaches to keep you company!!

This place is ridiculous. They need 0 stars.
I moved out in June 2023, and I haven’t gotten my security deposit back. I couldn’t even get a hold of them for a while until October. OCTOBER.
Then they sent me one and it was not the full amount. I asked why and to give me an itemized list and the employee just said “oops it’s the wrong amount. We’re sending another one” I did not get an itemized list or the check.
It’s March 2024.
I haven’t gotten a single thing back. I’ve called so many times.
I’m arguing with them back and forth and they can’t send me any proof or information as to what is going on. They are trying to take money from my deposit for utilities WHICH I PAID and sent proof of. And they can’t tell me anything else or show me any documents.
I have no idea how much time I have wasted arguing with everyone here.
The management here NEVER writes anything down. They don’t obey the laws in California regarding security deposits. They do not care about their property.
Please go somewhere else.
Do not give these people money unless you want to take them to small claims when you want to get it back.
This place needs to be closed down.
If you can, pay more money to live somewhere else.
This is just ONE thing I’ve experienced. Nothing but awful experiences here.

I love the office staff here, they are always so accommodating and I feel very taken care of here. I can confidently call this place home because of the amazing maintenance and office staff

The team over there is incredible. They made me feel welcome, showed me all the amenities, and helped me through my application process from start to finish. They're all so nice!
