The Strelitzia team absolutely blew us away on our wedding day. We talked with Sam a couple of times before the wedding to sort out colors and styles for our florals and she ran away with a design that we can’t help but describe as better than our wildest dreams. All we told her was our budget (which was tight), our colors and what we would like to see at the altar and on guest tables. The results were magic. The Freestanding floral pillars at the top of the aisle were unforgettable, the bouquets matched the pinks and reds of the bridal party perfectly, and everything that the team put together for the ceremony was easily repurposed for the reception. Nothing went to waste, and we got exactly what we wanted.
Our only complaint was that we didn’t get the chance to thank Sam in person! Thank you to the entire team, you made our day!

Received 2 dozen roses for Mother's Day. They were beautiful to start, but they were drooping and ready to be thrown out after 5 days. Strelitzia sent me a lovely apology bouquet. They are a local company that our family relies on for quality flowers and service.

Just ordered flowers for my wife's and my 20th anniversary. The arrangement was very nice but the flowers were not that fresh. I ordered them a week ago, and they were delivered earlier today.
Update: Thanks for the fast response. Happy to realize that the problem is me.
