I started shopping here because of their selection and prices. I now also appreciate their customer service. Upon discovering that the sale coffee I purchased was not among my groceries I brought home, I called the store and spoke to “Jesse” to find out if I had left it at a self-checkout register. He took the time to look and was kind and respectful despite not finding it. I . It turns out I did bring the coffee home but overlooked where. I already make it a point to go to this store instead of the grocery store within walking distance (my limited vision leaves me unable to drive) and will continue to do so because of the selection, prices, and pleasant customer service.

The shelves are well stock and their prices are reasonable. I shopped at Save Mart at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. I prefer to beat the weekend rush.

Coffee is meh..... I ordered a philtered soul this morning. Waiting in my coffee and the (baristas) did more chatting than working . That is not the big issue at all 1 of the 3 baristas working had on gloves.....the other 2 did not . On of them touched her face 6 times! (Nose, hair. Mouth, eyes .....yuck!! I just told them cancel my order I donr want it since they were not a all following hygiene protocols. I will find somewhere else. I didn't even geta a refund........ I am done !!

Cashier with a badge saying best service member doesn't deserve it. She's the African American cashier, very rude coz I'm Asking for discount? I'm a full time student trying to budget! Shame on you! Gave me attitude coz my phone number didn't go through and you have to redo the scanning, you're not good for your job woman! I'm not the only one complaining about you

Items are not properly placed on shelves and lead to misplaced promotion placements. If the items are in the wrong place they won't honor prices ( I'm talking like 20 items in the slot). I don't believe the customer is always right but I do feel as if when told about the problem the staff should have been more responsive.

I went to shop this morning to buy some yam requiring digit coupon. There were no staff would help to show me how to use the cell phone to get the digit coupon. With other's help, only took me less than 10 seconds to get it. Very disappoint of their service.

I think those digital coupons are a pain in the neck to use. Many elderly people ( that are on fixed income and could really use the savings) do not know how to use the app!

Supermarkets should not be allowed to include "save" or similar words when they sell products at the exact same, or sometimes higher price than at comparable stores. Discounts are provided, but you have to search every coupon for individual items on their mobile app, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. Additionally, we bought some halloween candy towards the very end of September, and it was stale. The gummy bears smelled and tasted a bit like chocolate, as if they had been marinating for a while in the bag alongside the chocolate. The chocolates were also stale. Considering it's halloween season, there's no reason that the candy should be stale. Not to mention it was 13 dollars for a small bag. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

Meh store. Bike racks are bad. Only allows you to secure your front wheel with a ulock. Makes bike easy to steal.

I had a really bad experience with an African-American cashier serving with a bad attitude. I only needed/asked one help/question in the self service cashier. If she doesn't like providing customer service then why is she working in a supermarket? Save Mart should provide/teach employees on How to serve a customer.
