  The lady who took my blood was very kind, friendly, and professional. She made me feel comfortable, and I didn't experience any pain. I really appreciated her work.

  I had an appointment and only had to wait a few minutes before being called in. The staff was professional and nice. They had me approve the name label before placing on my blood tubes. Only had to poke me once to fill many tubes. No complaints!
