I've had the pleasure of working with Pak Mail in Davis several times, and Andres Castellanos consistently goes above and beyond. Whether it's a rush job or a delivery delayed for months, Andres is always attentive, courteous, and professional. Recently, we entrusted him with shipping very expensive computer hardware internationally, and it was crucial that everything was handled perfectly. As always, Andres made sure our package arrived safely and on time. His attention to detail and dedication to customer service make Pak Mail our go-to for all our shipping needs. Highly recommend!

Had to send mutiple boxes out of state recently. Parked in lot near store. Went in and asked for help. employees came to car with equipment to move boxes inside for us. Best price was to palletize the shipment. Order received within a few days. Very satisfied with employees and service.

They were great when I initially signed up. As an attorney with strict deadlines, I relied on them to take the initiative to quickly forward me my mail after I paid for each mail forwarding request. In the past 3 months, the service has changed dramatically. Instead of providing reliable service, I have to pester them to ship my mail. Complaints made directly to them fall on deaf ears. It’s as if a whole new company is now in place - a company that no longer cares about its customers. I am deeply frustrated and would not recommend. If you are a professional who has time-sensitive deadlines, stay away - I’ve been waiting almost a week for them to mail my last request.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I needed to ship something internationally, and they were able to walk me through the customs rules/processes of the destination country. Even better, when an issue came up, I was able to just make a quick call to PakMail, and then they reached out to the courier and took care of the issue for me.

I needed to fax and was overcharged by double, 40.50. I was leaving the store, my card said approved, the clerk stop me and said my card did not go through. I ran the card again. STUPID ME. I felt something was not right and when I looked up my bank account in the store it said I had been double charged. I proceeded to show the clerk and he told me he would call his manager and that I should leave the store. I called my bank while at the store to sort this out immediately and again was intrupted by the clerk while I was talking with my bank at the corner of the store away from other customers. While I was leaving another customer came in and had stated that said mailing company did not receive her package. Be careful here.

I have tried to mail three packages from this location recently. The first package they lost and it never got to FedEx. The second package was not given to FedEx for three days until I called and they found it still sitting in their store. The third package was also not given to FedEx but the employee refused to search the store. I got the manager on the phone who told the employee to look and he found my package. Three strikes and you're out. I will not be going there again.

Came in towards the end of the day with the worker Johnathan helping me. The walls were neatly stocked with packing and shipping products and the store looked very organized overall. Greatly recommend this store.

I had a small package and a newsletter that I wanted to send to friends. I didn't care how each got to the recipients, just that it was the cheapest way possible. I also needed an envelope for the newsletter so that it would need to be folded. I easily found the shipping supplies and pulled out an envelope and brought it and the packages to the counter and explained what I wanted. First, he swapped out the envelope for a cheaper one, one I hadn't noticed, and then determined that the US Postal Service was the cheapest way to send each item. I was there on a Thursday morning and one recipient in Sebastopol received her package the very next day.In addition to packing supplies and services, they also have greeting cards.

Dishonest and Incompetent I took a small artistic ceramic piece to Pak Mail for delivery to Missouri. My Missouri recipient was shipped the wrong merchandise from Pak Mail! They switched my item with that of one of their other customers. So both of their customers received the wrong items. The owner of Pak Mail never offered to refund my shipping fee ($75), so I had to dispute the fee with my bank. Pak Mail never compensated me for the cost of my merchandise.

Good people, great service provided. My go to spot when I need ot ship something or get packing material. Willing to pack just about anything and ship just about everywhere. Keep in mind that they are a shipping broker (ie. they do not do the actual shipping themselves) so sometimes they are at the will of the contracted vendor. This is what allows them to have competitive rates. They have offered me options to white glove something or deliver next day but I'm pretty cheap so I go with their cheaper options.
