Have talked with the main guy several times over the phone, and every time he's short and dismissive. Hardly helpful and doesn't seem to care about giving bad service.

when my dial-up service via Omsoft stopped working, Omsoft first tried to solve it remotely. that failed. So Rob came out to my rural home (less than 10 miles from his office) to diagnose. this was during early COVID months, before vaccines available. so we were both masked and keeping distance. I gave Rob a pair of surgical gloves. he was able to locate the problem , which was with their dial-up provider. tried to get provider to fix it. tried to make a workaround. failed. so Rob provided me an LTE modem that worked on 3G and 4G. we were hoping that dial-up would soon get fixed. didn't happen. so for nearly 2 years I've been using that LTE modem and paying only dial-up price. now at end of April 2022, that will end and I will need to switch to a different 5G modem at higher price. while I could save a few bucks per month by going to a different ISP, I appreciate how good Rob has been to me. who else would have come to my house to try to diagnose and fix during Dec 2020 ?? none of the big firms for sure. so I will stick with Omsoft. they have been loyal to me and I will be loyal to the. (by the way, I always thank them and express appreciation for help.)

We have used Omsoft for at least ten years now, for DSL from three addresses and now OmVerse. The speeds and services are dependent on AT&T. But the big advantage of OmSoft is that they deal with AT&T for me so I don't have to deal with AT&T's notorious customer service.

Their answering voice says they are" messing around the office" poor response! Nobody to answer the phone, website won't come up. They suck!

I usually don't write reviews, but I think others should know how inadequate this company is. I had issues with the internet that were never solved, but more than anything the customer service is just terrible- as one other reviewer noted, they are uncaring, dismissive and have little to no interest in helping you as a customer. I have never experienced anything like it.

Omsoft has been providing us with service for years. They always have responded and have resolved every problem. They have been a Macintosh friendly company for a long time. I strongly recommend Omsoft.

I have tried to help my friend navigate through these uncaring, unprofessional and non-clued guys. They have no business being in the business of dealing with people. They hang up when you have an unresolved issue; billing issue; do not show respect to the people who they charge for their services; I'm, thankfully, am not a subscriber, to this travesty of a provider to people who have no other choices. However, I have been witness to their mockery of human communication. I only give them one star because they exist. Because they are the only option for the people in rural areas, they feel like it's best to let you know that you can just sink or swim. 7 of my friends depend on their services to connect with people overseas in the military. We've explained this to them with just litte more than a, "ok, so what do you want me to do?" If you have other options, please explore. These guys are crooks. Seriously.

Internet service is good enough. Customer service is lacking. The owner, who communicates with customers, is impatient and discourteous.

speeds of <2 mbps download <1 mbps upload. Inadequate for work from home, watching videos, or zoom calls. Hate the big guys of comcast but called looking for improvement and none was offered. Would consider if fiber was offered.

I have had Omsoft since they started years ago and I HIGHLY recommend them. Their internet service is AWESOME since it is so reliable. I can not even remember the last time I had an outage. They are are small local business in Davis and if you have a problem, it is easy to get them on the phone and they resolve any technical difficulties quickly. In fact, they have helped me fix computer software issues that had nothing to do with their service. They are SO helpful and capable Give Omsoft a try, you won't regret it.
