“Had excellent – actually beyond excellent – service from AAA Davis Auto Repair Center in Davis, California for my 1999 Honda Civic. The car’s engine was stalling when stopped at stop signs or lights, so was towed to the center for repair. We received a cost estimate and time frame for them to diagnose the problem. They provided photographs of the problem area in the car, which was helpful in understanding what was to be done. The work was completed, and the service people drove the car a good distance to make sure it didn’t stall again. They returned the car for us to drive over the weekend to check whether it might stall again. It didn’t. Since we were somewhat negligent in having normal service work done, we asked that the center provide a list of what needed to be done. That list work priorities was provided. We had the center do that work, which was excellent as well.”
