Maria was instrumental in guiding our family through one of our biggest transitions to date. When we were preparing to move to Davis she really got to know the needs of our family which helped her recommend the homes on the market that would be right for us. When we were able to be here to tour houses with her, she played with our then one year old so my partner and I could really explore the house and discuss. When we weren’t able to come to Davis, she did virtual tours with us, leading us through available homes on FaceTime and answering all of our questions. As first time homebuyers, she helped us navigate all of the ins and outs of buying a house, guiding us through the process in a way that made it feel less complex. We always trusted that she had our best interests at heart. In the end, she helped us purchase and warmly welcomed us to the perfect home for our family. We couldn’t be more thankful for her guidance and support throughout this process and can’t recommend her enough to anyone else planning to buy a home.

Found Maria from websites among many realtors in Davis… I was lucky to have chosen the right person for the right job ! We were first time homebuyers and our house buying process was an emotional roller coaster with lots of ups and downs and cries and joy. Maria was the absolute best and kindest agent we could ever asked for. She’s super supportive and was only a text message away anytime we needed her. She was available even on the weekends to accommodated with our schedules and was always there before us on the house tours. She explains the process really well and makes everything clear and simple for you. She really fights for her clients and goes above and beyond. Look no further for your realtor. My wife and I began working with Maria in late 2020 up to early 2022 and had an absolutely wonderful experience. While the housing market has been incredibly hot we both felt that Maria brought a level of “good person-ness” that we weren’t expecting of a realtor. When you are working with Maria you feel that she is truly on your side to get you your perfect house, not just the most expensive house you could possibly afford. On our many house tours Maria was always diligent about identifying things we might have overlooked and never made us feel like we were wasting her time. When we finally found our dream house in early 2022 Maria made sure we were in a position to close in 2 weeks and worked tirelessly with all parties to make sure we got the house for a fair price. We recently acquired a home in Davis through Maria and I can't thank her enough. It was tough to find a suitable home in this "seller's market", and Maria was there for us, with good guidance, calm and confident all the way through offers, escrow and title to the finish line, where we got a great home. Maria's support did not end with tying up the process in a bow. It continued with connecting us with a contractor for a small fix in the home, and everything a remote home owner would need. Maria was recommended to me by friends and I couldn’t be happier. I began working with Maria while I was still in Germany and she was very helpful and responsive. We had virtual tours of houses I was unable to see and she gave me honest feedback regarding the properties. We finally found my house and I’m very happy with my new home. After the purchase of my house Maria still checks I’m from time to time to see how I am and how I’m settling in. She still makes herself available to me whereas some realtors may never contact you again after the sale. She was super helpful and and just and overall nice person. Most realtors are satisfactorily good. Maria West is astoundingly great. We have bought and sold many homes and understand every deal has a wrinkle or two... except this one!! Outstanding. There was every reason for this sale to have some caveats given the amount of transactions that had to happen in order to close on time. We give every drip of credit to Maria for being two steps ahead of us and the sale. She worked with the price we set, advised us on the strength of the buyers but also the fact they had to sell their house first (it was not on the market yet) but that we should proceed with these buyers because she would sell their house in time to make our sale happen on time. We did not close on time... we closed early!! We don't know what we don't know, so if you have a realtor that you like, it may be that you will love Maria. This review may put the expectation that Maria is magical, which is not my intention. My review is to simply say that Maria works hard, makes solid decisions, gives great advice, and she works to get what you want. When you do those things, astoundingly great results usually follow.

Maria is great! If you need a realtor, look no further, she's the one. She is knowledgeable and knows what it takes to get a house sold. She helped my 91 year young father sell his house and was very patient and understanding throughout the process. She explained every step which put my Dad at ease from start to finish. Thanks Maria!
