After a technical issues with the car wash, their customer service was horrible

I've been comming to this store for a few months. I have never been really happy with the service given, or how I have been treated. The workers there everyday, snicker at me, call me names, and make fun of me. I am a homeless man trying to do his best; this is what the workers make fun of me about. They are from another country, I am a US Citizen. The 3 men that work there love to laugh at me while calling me nappy. For these few months I have ignored this, and even given an extra .25 cents everyday, some times twice a day. I go in everyday to get something cold to drink. I go in today, they watch me fill up a cup, but when going to the counter they told me they were never going to serve me again and to leave and not come back, and refused my money. I already have the soda filled. I went to leave like he requested, with the soda they let me fill, when I was leaving, he threatened me by saying, "If you leave with that soda, the next time I see you, I will get you". I kept the soda. I have witnessed this harassment by these workers at this gas station on not just myself, but my friends that are homeless too. I do not understand how they are getting away with this. The police won't help us, they hate the homeless and take sides with the businesses. I won't let this get to me, but it is really tiresome, and has been hard to ignore when going there.

If you are buying a car wash for the deal on gas, make sure to be really clear about that with the older guy who works here. The pump said pay inside, so I went in and told him which wash I wanted and then said I wanted to fill my tank. Didn't get the discount because he said I hadn't paid for the gas at the same time. Huh? I could tell I wasn't going to get anywhere with him, but it was annoying.

I actually like coming to this store and the other one on other side too. Unfortunately they are closed seemingly more often then open. Right this second while writing this review there is a full parking lot of people wanting to conduct business here.While clearly a staffing issue, it eludes to bad management. Maybe we can get a Mavericks here instead.

Went to the gas station and the employee working the counter was rude. When i proceeded to ask what her problem was she apologized sarcastically and continued. I placed my items on the counter and she wouldnt ring them up unless i handed them to her. She then proceeded to ring my items up individually. I didnt say anything and took my time to stay calm. i bought my cigarettes etc and then left. Too tired to put up with this stuff anymore. This behavior was so disrespectful it was pathetic.

Is there a gas station that isn't racing to the bottom? Seriously your job is to sell gas and to fill the windshield fluid containers. Not smoking in front of the building. I am sympathetic to how miserable the job is, the complaint goes to the owners not the employees. Maybe do something that contributes to the greater good of the world instead of squeezing pennies.

Got a car wash here and the machine charged me twice. Went to ask for my money back and the guy said he couldn’t give me a refund.

If I could give a no star rating I would. We stopped here for gas and purchased a car wash only to discover after paying for the wash that the car wash was broken. They had no signs up to indicate that the car wash was not available. When we went into the store for a refund, the clerk told us that we could not get a refund because he didn't have a manager code and that the manager wasn't there. When we asked him to call the manager, he said the manager wasn't picking up his phone. He was finally able to reach the manager, who told him that a second clerk would help us. Here's where things started to go wrong. It was bad enough that the first clerk was not wearing his mask over his nose, but the second clerk wasn't wearing a mask at all. When we politely asked him if he could please wear his mask, he got angry and resentful. We had to laugh because when we told him that masks were required indoors, he said we must be Trump supporters! Hilarious! He did not know how to do the refund either, so he had to call his boss again, and of course he pulled his mask down to speak on the phone. After some time, he finally gave up and handed us our refund in cash. This second clerk was incredibly rude, not to mention willfully defying the sign about masking that he was standing right in front of. The all-around poor customer service guarantees we'll never go to that gas station again.

I had run out of gas and only had cash. The employee refused to even acknowledge my presence as he stocked shelves in the middle of the night. For a place supposedly open 24 hours their employees customer service closes down in the night time. Don’t depend on loop if running out of gas

Super friendly workers! I don't know why I avoided this place previously , I guess I was always under the impression it was more expensive that 7/11 etc for drinks. - energy drinks being the main culprit in my case However I was pleasantly surprised with their prices! I also grabbed a slice of pizza here which was very tasty. The staff were happy to turn on the air for me... and do it again when someone else used it on me! I was overall quite impressed and will be back more often.
