Yea this shelll loop is special spot for me old man creag work that he was hella cool the fact they stay open when ampm and chevron close early cause they scared of night peoples lol don't get me wrong there homelesss have around there but they keep it moving n stores open late at night and you can buy alcohol till 2am not that pissy shit were they lock alcohol at 1pm not loop tho they bring it it to you !!

this place is pits! it's run by a bunch of men who don't speak English and almost seem like they're "framing" or trying to manufacture some "human rights" nonsense INSTEAD of being competent at communication and refunding FOR THEIR BEAT ASS car wash! surely, with all these reviews, they KNOW it doesn't work well, or is a poor design, but they come to it -- you're request for refund for the cash wash you paid for, but never got -- as if to make the customer (myself a woman) dance, or explain over and over and over why THEIR crappy car wash didn't work! as soon as you ask for refund, the "manager" starts muttering under his breath, you need to find another car wash, lady! it is quite obvious these lads are NOT in the business of working too hard or communicating well (maybe just with women?) at all! they have an obnoxious air of entitlement about them and present with VERY suspicious attitudes. incompetency everywhere + no standards = welcome to cal,

Went in tonight after a rough day and evening. All I wanted was some soft serve and cheesecake bites on top. The ice cream machines were working but they appeared to be out of the cheesecake bites. So I walked up to an employee who appeared to be the manager, and brought to his attention that they were out of the topping I was looking for, and I politely asked if he could please look in the back as he had done for me on another occasion, to see if they might have some of the topping in their refrigerator or freezer. He asked me to show him what I was talking about, so I did. He then said "You didn't see it back there?" and he pointed to the "EMPLOYEES ONLY BEYOND THIS POINT" door, to which I said "Um no... I didn't go back there, not an employee... so could YOU please go check since you CAN go back there to look?" He told me, "No, if you did not see it when you looked for it then that means we don't have it."Even when I tried to clarify AGAIN that the ONLY place I had looked for it was IN THE BINS you get it from to put it on your ice cream. AND that I wouldn't ever just go back there to look around, hence why I was asking THE MANAGER to go look in the back- you know, TO DO HIS JOB?I ended up leaving and going to another Davis Loop location who didn't have ice cream working at all. Realizing it was omw home, I JUST went back to the Loop on Olive dr. in Davis, the employee who is currently working was more than happy to check in the back for me, and within 1 minute, he found the cheesecake bites toppings. He put them in a clean container and put them out for use. I put several small scoops onto the bottom of the cup, then saw that a piece was covered in bright blue mold. The more pieces I looked at, the more mold covered cheesecake bites I found. Enough to make me gag. I showed them to the employee, who said he wouldn't eat them (OBVIOUSLY) and that he would show his manager (you know the one who wouldn't even look earlier). He apologized. Something tells me that this is an ongoing problem.This store has lost my patronage, as have all the other stores from Sacramento to Fairfield, who couldn't be bothered to even answer their phones.

at least 3 pumps down and a “working” one didn’t have a working card reader. i’d get if is pump is down for a while for maintenance but some of these pumps have been down for 6+ months. super annoying

My car happened to break down very close to this gas station at around midnight on a weekend. We spoke with the clerk and he took down our information and assured us that they will not have the vehicle towed away. He also wrote a note to the next shift employees to that effect. We needed time to find a mechanic to tow it away to. By 1:30 AM they had it towed away. They have a little scheme going with a local towing company that extorts those who get towed away. The car was towed exactly 5 blocks away (0.5 miles according to Google maps) From 1100 to 1700 Olive Drive. The other scammer tow company partner (convicted for obstruction of justice for stolen cars from the Hurricane Caterina victims to unsuspecting victims in california). This second scammer wants $660 for the half mile tow and 2.5 days storage in a dilapidated parking area near the highway. He thinks that because I am from out of town he has the right to extort me. Now I am suing both entities but point is, this is a unscrupulous business place that should be avoided at all costs

I work in Davis and I make my stops in the mornings before I arrive to work, picking up my favorites, it is so awesome to hear how good customer service is in this store. Koda knows exactly what I like ....what a memory. His friendliness, kindness, professionalism and share ideas and knowledge throughout the store to help me get what I need in. time. I luv my rewards and Koda always makes sure I don't forget to use my reward card. Thank you Koda your the best!!

I live across the street and am a patron at this establishment several time a day sometimes, my car lost a wheel and was unsafe to even drive across the street, I spent. a large portion of my day waiting for a roadside assistance rep.after The 3rd time that day that I had been at my vehicle waiting and only 4 hours into its parked venture the clerk that I had given notice to handy work vehicle towed at the tune of 450$
