I had NO IDEA that Kim could connect me with an amazing realtor across the country! Recently in desperate need to help my elderly aunt sell her property, Kim referred me to a trusted realtor on the east coast. What a blessed relief for my aunt and family to have the help!

We recently hired Kim Eichorn to be our agent to sell our house. The whole experience was a nightmare. She is very unprofessional and very arrogant. As a first-time seller, we trusted that she would help us with her knowledge and experience. Unfortunately, it was not the case. She did not care about anything about her client, and she did not care about the selling. The only thing she cared was to close the sale quickly and get her commission and then walk away. We lost at least $75000 because of the very misleading information that she provided to us. Here is a partial list of horrible things happened to us during the selling.1. After we confirmed to hire her as our agent, she was on longer approachable. She refused to meet with us to discuss the offers that we received. She refused to do so even when we said that we could come to her office to meet her. We had no choice but ending up with a Zoom meeting to discuss these very important things.2. She ignored our requests on how to make a counteroffer. She added her own ideas to the counteroffer without even checking with us. Even worse, the ideas that she added to the counteroffer were the ones that we clearly asked her NOT to do in our emails. We had to call her and spent 20 minutes to persuade her to accept our ideas.3. She didn’t send us an offer that she received in the first place. She finally did, but that was several hours later after we approached her and urged her to do that.4. She was not responsive. There were at least two times she didn’t reply to our emails promptly, although she knew that we had a very tight schedule and needed her immediate help. We need to wait 12 hours in a weekday without receiving any reply from her. We ended up calling her to follow up on what needs to be done. This of course happened after we confirmed to hire her as our agent. Before we decided to hire her, she always replies emails very quickly, sometimes around 11pm.
