Kelsey's Companion Care is my go-to pet sitter when my spouse and I are out of town. The whole team clearly loves animals, takes excellent care of pets, and the prices are amazing for the services provided!I've been using Kelsey's since 2017, and I have had an excellent experience each time they've cared for both my previous and current cats. My previous cat had specific medical needs toward the end of her life, and Kelsey and the team did a great job of making sure she got her medication and special food so that she was safe and comfortable. My current cat is extremely shy about strangers, but she is a huge fan of everyone on the team—we get many adorable pictures of her demanding attention and playtime from them when we're gone.The fact that Kelsey's is licensed, insured, and bonded is the final piece that makes KCC awesome. Knowing that Kelsey and the team take safety and security seriously means I have total peace of mind when leaving a pet in their care.

I have been depending on Kelsey's Companion Care for years, and I can't believe it took me this long to write a review! I have had 100% excellent experiences with Kelsey and her team taking care of Our previous cat and our current cat when my spouse and I are out of town: great communication, excellent care provided for pets, and very reasonable pricing for the services provided.My previous cat had some health issues later in her life, and Kelsey and her team did great with giving her medication and special food, and they all clearly love animals. Our current cat is incredibly shy with strangers and often hides, but she loves everyone who visits from Kelsey's, and getting pictures of her getting attention and love while we're gone makes being away easier! I truly cannot recommend Kelsey's enough!

The best pet care service I have ever experienced - communicative, caring, and accommodating. Kelsey and her team were incredibly understanding during a family emergency and made sure that our pups were well looked after. They confirmed the visit times, thoroughly reviewed the care instructions for both dogs, and provided updates for every visit by text. I didn't have to worry at all about the dogs receiving attention, potty breaks, and food while in the midst of a very difficult time for our family - such a gift!

Kelsey and Company cared for my guinea pigs over the holidays and I could not be happier. The sign-up process was seamless and the online portal was very easy to use. They sent very sweet updates with pictures of my guinea pigs every few days as I requested, and they always seemed happy and had a clean cage. Kelsey went absolutely above and beyond and took their fleece bedding home to wash so I wouldn't have to do it when I returned from travelling. They are caring and diligent. I couldn't have asked for better care for my fur babies.

So far so good!We have a reactive and skittish dog so we were very worried about getting a sitter that could keep her happy and safe. She has now met the whole team and is very happy for the attention they've given. We were kept apprised of the progress through very detailed updates after each visit along with pictures which we could see our pup getting happier and happier.We have another big trip coming up but because of the extra attention our pup got before/during the last visit I'm already very confident that their team will keep her happy and healthy!

Kelsey and Crew are exceptional. We used to rely upon neighbors, friends and students to watch our pets but wanted to unburden our loved ones as we began to travel more. We have been using KCC for all our travels since trying them out. The service takes a load off our minds. They keep in contact as you wish. We love the nightly reports when they make their visit to our cats. The detail of their reports helped us determine that a vet visit was needed while we were away for a very elderly cat (shout out to Pets Request Mobile Vet who makes house calls). KCC coordinated excellent and appropriate care until our return for our ailing furball, including extra visits that we needed to schedule on the fly. Their instincts and experience are everything we could hope for when we are away. They informed us and purchased kibble on our behalf when we ran off once without leaving sufficient supplies. The service includes an easy reservation interface online, where notes for care, meds and particularities for each pet can be made. They also bring in mail and any deliveries while we are gone. We would not go back to using anyone but KCC for our dear furry family members. Highest recommendation.

They are conscientious, have much experience with special needs dogs with fear based issues, and they truly care for the well being of your pets.
Their rates are affordable and they are fully insured. I worked in the petsitting industry for many years and I am picky about who can care for my pets.
Kelsey gave me the peace of mind I needed to leave my animals in her team’s care for two weeks while I was abroad. Highly recommended!???

Kelsey has been caring for our cats for years and does the most fantastic job. She has also has helped with any home issues that have popped up while we were away. We have used Kelsey's Companion Care for several years. Kelsey and her crew provide outstanding care to our two rambunctious calicos. They provide text updates for each visit; litter boxes are always clean upon our return; they provide indoor kitty Olympics and play time; and all is neat and clean upon our arrival home. The administrative stuff (reservations, invoicing) is clear and concise and a summary is always provided on the counter upon our return. Additionally, they take care of the mail and newspapers. We would highly recommend KCC for anyone wanting professional, quality pet care.
