Last year I moved from Sacramento to middle of nowhere Wyoming and, long story short, almost immediately I lost the ball connector on my piercing and hadn't been able to get anywhere to replace it since. I was in civilization again for just two days, didn't have a lot of time, didn't have an appointment, but I knocked on the door and she was very kind to let me come in and pick one out. I bought one and she told me if I lost it for some reason I could come back and just get another one - which is great because I immediately went outside, tried to put it in my ear, and then lost it! I came back 2 minutes later and decided to go with a whole new earring (One that snaps together so that it's idiot proof lol). She was so kind and so generous with her time and attention and truly made the experience fantastic. Recommending this place to everyone still in the area, for the fabulous customer service. “I have been shopping at Boheme's for nearly ten years, and i never cease to be surprised by the variety of stylish and cute outfits and clothes that i might find. The prices for many items, including the rare ones are fairly reasonable, and the staff are very accommodating in letting customers try out the clothes presented on the mannequin displays. Quite often the mannequin display examples provide a great inspiration for shoppers looking to coordinate their outfit coordination. Even though my clothes size has increased from a women's L to XL, i can still find some nice clothes that would still fit my size, such as an XL white turtleneck and XL white dress robe for $30. Searching for the suitable larger items takes a little bit of patience sifting through the racks, and acknowledging that sometimes the clothes donated to the store often may come from the student population (with a sizable number of international students) and may be of a smaller body type. The staff have also been very reasonable about allowing customers to store their bags behind the counter given the narrow spaces to navigate through the store, and makes for an easier experience of keeping my hands free to try out multiple outfits.”
