I wish I would had read the reviews before buying a car here. They are really nice but super cheap with their cars. They get their cars from auction and don't seem to put anything into them and seem to actually go out of their way to trick the consumer. So I walked into the lot looking for a car because my last one got totaled. I had a certain type of body style I wanted because of work. The first car I test drove ended up being a horrible car. The car was shaking the entire time and hesitating to start. I obviously didn't want that one. The next one I test drove actually drove nice but the tires were extremely bald. I brought that to their attention and the owner said you can get at least 200 miles out of them still. We ended up negotiating him paying for tires. I drove up to Sacramento after I bought the car and got the tires. The cars alignment was totally off to where the steering wheel was sideways. The tire people said that someone had adjusted it to make the steering wheel straight even though the alignment was super off. Okay whatever I thought I'd just go get an alignment. Ended up taking it to a shop and they quoted me over 1k worth of work that needed to be done because the parts that were bent were not able to get adjusted so I'd need to have them replaced. Plus there was stuff on the back wheel that needed to be replaced as well. They specially told me that their worker checked out all the cars and fixed everything on the cars before putting them on the lot. We will not be returning

Great dealership for used cars! I met with one of the specialists, Letien, and he made the entire process so smooth and easy. It was my first time shopping for a car and he was super helpful and answered all of my questions. I drove away feeling with a nice used car feeling very satisfied. Would highly recommend if you want good service!

The two cars I looked at needed some obvious repair work. I wouldn't recommend it

Very poor customer service. Strung me along for 6 days, trying to purchase a car listed through carfax. After confirming the car was available, I prequalified for lending, and Offered to put a hefty cash deposit to hold the car 3 days ago. Salesman told me His sales manager was busy with another customer and would call me back in 15 minutes.... i was told this same promise on 4 different attempts to complete the sale. Today the salesman is "on his day off" and his coworker refused to allow me to speek to the sales manager, I was again told, "hes busy with another customer". After explaining to him I have called 8 times in the last 72 hours, and told he was busy with another customer, and would call me back every single time! I was then informed me the car suposidly "sold yesterday". AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. COMPLETE SCAM! This dealership cannot be trusted; They're either grossly incompetent or flat-out Liars.

Wish there was an option to give them zero stars but could not. Please read the whole thing if you are thinking about purchasing from here.Purchased a car from them mid September last year. Like everyone said, they have cars cheaper here than other places. But, I'm not too sure about the quality. From the start, this car gave me issues. Transmission issues with the torque clutch converter - those who know about this portion of the car can imagine how much I had to spend on diagnosis alone! Even small things like not ordering my license plates after telling me they would (had to go back just to pick up a check). But that is not all...The car battery failed during the initial inspection and I was told O'Reilly can get you a new battery for free. Fair enough - I asked them if they can get it replaced before selling the car (cause I know O'Reilly does not give out free batteries like that, maybe install them). They replaced the battery but in 10 months, during an oil change, it failed the battery test again. I took it to three different dealers, who told me this is a cheap battery, not for this car. Then, I took it to O'Reilly's where the guy legit looked at me and was like, "I'm sorry sir, we don't sell that battery in any of our stores." So, yes, I also ended up spending money on getting a new battery before the common battery life of ~4.5 years!I would avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. I ended up putting the same amount in maintenance that I put in purchasing the car - so definitely not cheap! To the owner(s), do not tell me to "remove my bad comments" you clearly know who this is.

Stay away from this car lot, where should I begin? The car they were trying to sell, was over priced. I asked if they would let me take it to firestone to be inspected, at first they said no. Then they changed there mind. Firestone have me a quote of $1400 dollars for the repairs the car need. It need rear brakes, rear rotors, struts, front end alignment, the wipers were bad and recommended the brake fluid be changed. But before all this, when I took the car, it was on empty, no gas. I just made it to the gas station. I put $15.00 dollars of gas in, so I would make it, to and from the mechanics shop. They would not reimburse me. They said, if I bought the car they would put some more gas in the car. After the inspection of the car I asked if the would me me half way and take $500 dollars off the asking price, they refused. So don't deal with these people, they are dishonest and shady!

People seemed nice but the vehicles here might as well be purchased on the private market. They are not cheaper, try to hide bad quality cars with coverups and do not do thorough tests of the cars. I bought a subaru from them, it was used and I know any faults with the vehicle are mine to deal with. With that being said motor started knocking 1 month after purchase, and I know that may be part of the risk. As I get down to repair the vehicle I can not sat how much shoddy work has been done when you take the time to remove smaller items. I recommend that anyone considering just look somewhere else

The car you buy will be AS-IS. Hence any complaints on the car should be fixed by the buyer itself. I had brought a Toyota Avalon last month and had put an extra 1300/- for the fixes on break pedals tyres radiator . All started showing issues within one month I bought . The asc warranty brought for 300/- from the dealer didn’t cover anything. Could have brought the same car from private party from a lesser price and had done all these fixes rather than buying from dealer who sells it’s AS—Is

This dealership went above and beyond to help me find the right used car i was looking for. it was hassle free and i was on a tight deadline. I would like to speak specifically to the customer service i received from BO. he was very knowledgeable with the vehicles he had on the lot, had all documentation organized and patient and kind. if anyone is looking for a used car at a VERY GOOOD PRICE. I recommend working with BO and auto sales from DAVIS CA.

Wide range of quality car you can try, yet at a good price. I bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra, and it's really new inside. Also they will finish all the paperworks for you. Worth for me to drive there from Sacramento!
