I had the pleasure of purchasing a brand new Ariya from this dealership.I had the most friendly professional sales consultant Juan Narvaez.I felt valued and appreciated as a customer. Stealership alert, predatory pricing.My wife took her car in for a CVT fluid change yesterday and was told that the CVT fluid I obtained for her was the "wrong fluid". I provided a receipt that specifically states that it is the correct NS-3 fluid for her year/model. The service advisor told me that Nissan generously extended the warranty, but you need to use their fluid.Make no mistake, you did not extend the warranty out of the goodness of your hearts. You did it because of a class action lawsuit because your transmissions have an exceedingly high failure rate. In any event, I have no problem with this--your warranty, your rules. I don't think you'd void a warranty for using Mobil1 motor oil instead of Nissan but sure, I'll buy your fluid.I ask them what the CVT service will cost with their fluid and they tell me $349. Hold on, you quoted $80 for just the drain/fill if I provide my own fluid, what does the fluid cost? They tell me that it's $23 per bottle and I need 5 of them. $23 times 5 plus $80 is nowhere near $349 so I ask if my wife can just walk over to the parts department, buy the fluid for $115, and come and still be charged for $80. Yes, she can.You want to charge about 80% more for the same service because she went straight to service? I know the service advisor is simply enforcing rules made by someone else but this dealership has some seriously misinformed ideas of why warranties are extended and predatory pricing practices. The service advisor was very professional and courteous from start to finish but the dealership will take advantage of you if you're not paying attention.

Absolutely has our business from beginning to end. Went to another dealership and they were total jerks. Called Hanlees Nissan Davis and Joan answered and totally worked with us over the phone. We ended up buying from this dealership because they CARED! That's saying a great deal in a difficult market. Hooray for Hanlees!

I bought a new Nissan Leaf last year from this Davis location. The car is great, but I give 1-star for the staff and service. There was an issue with a package that I bought, and when I called the office to discuss this, the staff gave me the run-around for 3 weeks. When a Nissan Davis staff member answered my call, they ended up asking their supervisor for help. They tried to put me on hold, but actually I could still hear what they were saying lol. Embarrassing... Afterward, they just ignored all my calls.I had to contact the main office in Texas and ask them for a refund. The main office said that Nissan Davis would be the ones to give me the actual refund, but I appreciate the main office for letting me know what the status of my refund request was. I wouldn't buy a car from here again because of the shady staff.

Too slow not efficient they had a new guy in the repair service area all by himself so he was trying to do the best he could but they really should think about adding someone in that department that can help answer questions or at least answer the phone and not leave people on hold as well as making the person working behind the desk nervous because he's trying to get done what he needs to get done for a customer in front of him plus he knows he has people on hold so they really should be more efficient with answering the phone and helping guests and it should not have taken 3 hours for me to find out that the price they quoted was outrageous and ended up getting nothing done.

Great experience every time I come to this dealership. Joan is incredible at her job, is always so kind and she truly cares about you. I bought my first car last year in August (2020 Altima S) , was then able trade it in, in March for a 2021 Altima S with less miles. And I now have two cars the S and now a 2021 Altima SR which I went back in and went with Joan. Jeff in the service department is also very kind and helpful. I drive a lot which means I have to get my oil change/maintenance done more frequently. Overall, everyone who I have met here is great, they really show that they have heart and are not just trying to make a sale. I'm glad I got my cars from this location.

I recently leased a Nissan Rogue from Hanlees. Cheryl and Joan were exceptionally helpful and professional. Not only did they transparently answer all of my (many) questions, but they seemed focused on creating a long-term customer instead of a treating me as a one-time sale. The experience did not feel like I was ever being sold. If my next car is a Nissan I will certainly be coming back!

Love the salespeople and the service people. Joan Hironaka was my salesperson who helped me inquire about a 2019 Nissan Altima after trading in a 2018 Nissan Altima. I had set up an appointment to get my 2018 Nissan appraised and ended up with a better deal than I thought. I ended up getting a newer car with lesser miles and with a better APR rate. Joan was very professional and helped me understand everything about the APR rate and the interest. Overall Joan was very knowledgeable about everything that she was talking about. She also helped me understand the differences between the cars that I was looking at and would not give up on finding the perfect car for me. Not so long ago I had called the dealership because my oil change was due and I did not want to do it by myself. Luckily Joan was able to assist me in getting my oil change done within the week during the time that I would be available. Service people do a great job at getting the car cleaned and ready for 5k more miles.
