Got rid of their nerf blasters and will no longer be carrying stuffies. I no longer have a reason to shop here

Been coming for over a year now and there is no variety. To be frank the clothes are not cute/trendy. I believe the good clothes are being shipped to other locations. Donate your clothes to actual nonprofits don’t support goodwill!

They make it so easy to drop off things from your car. So professional and polite. Appreciate these young men.

CLEAN STORE! I love shopping at Goodwill. I go to Goodwill in every city I visit/live in. This one is hands down the CLEANEST Goodwill. It doesn't smell. There's no merchandise on the ground and each section is usually full! No empty shelves. They have purses, men's clothing, men's shoes, men's accessories, women's clothing, women's shoes, and purses. They have books for kids and adults. They have kitchen items, craft supplies, kids toys, games for kids and adults, holiday items etc. Love love LOVE to go here during Halloween. Amazing selection of costumes, masks, and accessories. This location has all the good games. If I see a game I want at Target I just wait until I see it at Goodwill. They get great donations here. BONUS: I see skateboards here all the time! Note: There's no furniture here, no chairs or no desks or anything of that nature so if you wanted that you'd have to visit an alternate store.

Neat store, very nice staff. Compared to other Goodwill, this one is the best. The rest look like a dump, but here the goods are neatly laid out on the shelves.

I think they’ve forgotten they’re a thrift store. $10 for a Nike t shirt is more expensive than resellers charge at an event. You cant go from 1.99-3.99 tees to 4.99-9.99 as a goodwill. Getting greedy and the people who keep your business alive will stop coming. It’s wrong. Stay in your lane. You can get brand new Levi’s at TJ maxx for $1 more than a heavily used pair here. Make some changes! Quit gouging people!

Compared to other Goodwills, Davis Goodwill is a little bit pricey. T Shirts are mainly 6, dresses 12. The collection is very good, but sometimes I can't afford it

I went shopping today in Davis Goodwill,Sun. 12:30.I made my purchase and went to the left side register where there was a long line;I then went to the right side of the counter where there was a man working the register who was checking a person's purchase and ringing the woman up.The man then told me "this side isn't open:you need to stand in that line over there on the left side"I then watched the man continue to ring-up other people on that right side !I finally got up to the register on the busy left side and the salesgirl spoke to me in a rude tone of voice, like they just couldn't wait to get done with me.I would have left the store at that point but really wanted my purchase.I certainly didn't appreciate how they treated me and I think a manager should check this behavior.I've been in this store a handful of times in about 3 years and certain employees were abrupt and less than helpful toward me.Unfortunately,I've been to other places of business in the past where management doesn't seem to care about the way employees treat customers, for whatever reason. There are plenty of other places of business to support that are nice and welcome customers to return.I can't imagine why I would want to return to this store.I also notice the donations which are given to this store here in Davis seem to be only what the management approves to stay here:the 'good stuff' is transferred to other Goodwill stores by truck to other areas rather than stay here for local customers to purchase.I've asked about this a number of times and the standard answer which is given to me is: "Our store is too small and we have to send it to the other stores".Where's any of the 'high end' donations which are given by local residents of Davis to be sold to other Davis residents? and how about some more Men's clothing ??I recommend that customers going to this store who have been treated poorly leave an honest review along with taking a video of rude staff attitudes toward them and upload it here. How else will anyone see just what the problem is so the management can be convinced to take proper action?

I was in Davis Goodwill today, I ask if I could use their bathroom the young man said no we just mopped it and it's closed. There was a hour before closing. I visit other goodwills and they are very friendly but the one in Davis is not!!

I was on the store today shopping I ask if I could use the restroom I was told no cuz they had just mopped the floor and it was closed now. They still had another 30 minutes or more left And the floor was dry. I was disappointed in customer service. I am 72 years old. I feel I was treated rude.

Didn't really enjoy the lack of variety in the men's section for thrifting. That said, I can tell that this goodwill has a good, constantly rotating selection for those who visit often. Also, the location isn't ideal for college students without cars since the bike ride sort of feels like riding into the middle of nowhere. On the other hand, the prices are to die for!
