Ginny helped us back in 2019 with the purchase of a condo and when it was time to sell it, the logical decision was to contact her again as she had provided us with an outstanding service at that time. We were not disappointed and I would recommend Ginny to anyone looking to buy or sale a property. She is a very dynamic, dedicated and knowledgeable agent. If you are looking for a firecracker real estate agent, Ginny Parks is your gal! I have sold multiple houses and Ginny is tops in her field! I am so glad I had Ginny with me every step of the way in buying my first home.I was definitely green and unsure of what to expect when I started my journey to home ownership. Ginny was amazing in helping navigate the process. Looking for a home in Davis at an especially competitive time in the market, she was an excellent communicator and exceptionally available when it came to reaching out to sellers and getting me a showing ASAP!In that very challenging environment, we did have to go through several offers and Ginny helped me navigate each of these offers as we gradually got a little further each time.
