I am handicapped pulled in asked if would ck air in tires. He said pull up here then went back to office I sat there for min. He came back said oh u want me to do it. He was obnoxious rude. Pretend to ck took off 2 caps said good . Walked away. I then went to Goodyear. They said missing 2 caps 2 of my tires were down 10 pounds each.would never go again

Pros: They were able to fit me in at the last minute with only 1 day's notice.Cons: They charged me $120 just to read the code for my check engine light. I've never before been to a mechanic that didn't do that for free. Costs for repairs were in addition to the $120 just to read the code.

Blatant "anti-social personality type." Completely different treatment since I've came out as queer and since transitioned. He was fully willing to help me until I arrived in person. Speaking for the community, we notice these things and remember them. We see you. - TLDR; Georges Auto repair is on my blacklist.As of 3:35pm on Wednesday, November 29; I have a personal problem with "George." After almost 10 years of sporadic, repeat business whenever I'm in town - he couldn't care less about a return customer being stranded, trying to make it across town for a tire repair. Why did you tell me you had my size for repair over the phone in this situation? Did you even check, or are you hurting that badly for business? I know you have time to read this post.I'm here, calling you out publicly. This is your chance to own up to it. I would like to have a civil discourse about our interaction today. Unless, that is, you have nothing to say for yourself? Absolutely unreal. Say nothing, and it can be assumed that you agree with my statement.Any decent human being deserves the chance to apologize. What will it be, George?

I had trouble with my engine over heating. Brought my Kia Forte to George's shop and the mechanic replaced 2 hoses and told me what to do next with prior work at another place. Great service and good price. I highly recommend George's if you want quality work.

I took my car, an older Honda Civic, in for brake work. They replaced the front and rear brake pads and checked the whole car. They found a belt that was cracked so I asked them to replace that too. They were honest and reliable and saved the old parts to show me and explain the repairs. I asked about a tuneup, and they said I wasn't due for a few thousand more miles, which allowed me spread out my expenses a bit. Very friendly, helpful, and convenient. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The price was fair and reasonable. Very happy that they're in my neighborhood! By the way, I'm female and didn't experience any issues another poster wrote about. They treated me like an intelligent human being. :)

I came to George's with an odd whining sound my Honda was making. I saw the great reviews and came by. We were both unable to replicate the whining sounds my Honda had otherwise been consistently making. George referred me to a reliable company down the street who could help me. He graciously refunded my money as there was no found solution to the problem. Thanks again, George. It is greatly appreciated.

The attitude of the front desk man is so atrocious. I will never return. I have never had a door slammed in my face because what I needed serviced wasn’t worth it since it was simple and inexpensive.

If you're 1) a woman of any age; 2) don't know much about cars/DMV registration & the like, DO NOT go to this place. Being a bit rough/coarse is fine by me, I sure don't expect my auto repair guy to become my friend but Eric explained absolutely nothing--No, I did not know what a Star rating was, in his capacity as an auto repair person AND someone in direct contact with customers, it was his job to explain that to me, instead of sending me away and letting me wait for a smog check for nearly 30 mns only to tell me he could do nothing for me. Very rude and as unhelpful as you could imagine.

INCREDIBLE! I had a brake replacement job and a smog check and they got it done the same day I dropped the car off :)) very nice and even showed me what the damaged parts looked like and what they did!
