We were referred to this shop by AAA for collision repairs. The mechanic said they don't work on salvaged cars but AAA was going to honor their estimate. My son dropped his car and the shop took pictures. When they reported back to AAA their estimate he mentioned to the adjuster that the car is salvaged and therefore falling apart. He also reported that my son had made that statement that the salvaged car was falling apart. Not only his misquoted, he is biased. Please don't go for an estimate as he will not be honest and as he is biased he will misquote the job

Did very little to work with my insurance to schedule the repairs and the back and forth went on for months. The finalized it after my insurance had to send lengthy emails. Repairs had to be scheduled four months after approval. They said the repair for a quarter panel would take a few weeks and they keep pushing back the estimated due date and are not consistent with updates whatsoever. Haven't had my car for over a month now. My roommate has had a similar experience. Only reason I chose them was because they were close by. I feel bad for any students or working class people that choose them and expect good service. Will never recommend or use them again. Very disappointed.Service: Auto detailing

Had no issues with these guys so far...I like that they wash the exterior of the car and clean the interior too when they are done with repairs. Today, they offered to process my rental return so I could just leave the rental, pick up my car and go home - instead of doing the extra run around to return the rented car.

My girlfriend took her vehicle to this repair shop as recommended by AAA. She was very happy with the service. They kept her updated by text messages and their webpage so she knew the status at all times. They did a simple repair to her driver door that was ;damaged by a hit and run. She got her car back within 3 days of leaving it at the shop. She thinks the repair looks great.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

GNR auto body shop is the worst BODYSHOP I have ever seen, I sent a friend of mine repair their car and management are nothing but a lie they kept her car weeks but yes the paint job the body work is the worst ever whoever is going to go to his body shop I feel sorry for you you'll see the difference of his body shop in another I will never send a friend family or recommend it to anyone at all they embarrassed me in front of my friend

GR Automotive is wonderful. They were very easy to work with. They did an estimate which was very close to the actual cost, They finished the work on my car beautifully sooner than I had hoped and even cleaned and washed the car. I absolutely recommend their work.
