My package was supposed to be shipped to Sacramento, but it was shipped to this Fedex office in Davis. They asked me to pick up at this location which is 40 minutes away from my place.How does that even make sense?

This is my favorite FedEx store. It's so clean and spacious. The employees are so nice and have wonderful manners. That's just not common in places anymore. It's a nice breath of fresh air. I will come back to this location whenever I have shipping needs.

I had some photos printed here to make posters for my apartment and Belmont went above and beyond to make sure my prints looked perfect. He recommended using a different and heavier paper and when i found some flaws on a couple of my prints he took them and reprinted my whole set to make sure they looked good. He really demonstrated a lot of care and was super friendly and good humored.

Talk about a superstar team! I was tasked with getting a large poster printed for a corporate event, but I was a chicken with my head cut off not knowing much about image pixilation for the logos. Belmont walked me through different options so we could get a final product with the best resolution given the images I had. He was very attentive and gave his professional opinion which I highly valued given my lack of knowledge in this area. I'll definitely be doing business here again!

Needed to get an important package shipped -- Leah was really great! After giving her the information and contents she knew exactly what to do and had it all set in less than five minutes. She's been a team member since 1996 ~ I was really glad to get an experienced staff member for this, and she certainly did a good job!

I have been here multiple times, most of the crew are happy to welcome with a smile.But today the crew name Astrid looks like she carrying all the shipments on her back. Not happy looking. She shouldn't be working infront dealing with people.

All the employees are super helpful. Before I did not have a good impression on fedex, but this place changed my mind. I received and sent many packages here and some are really large. All the employees are very nice. Love them :)

I'm writing because for the life of me I can't figure out the way this place works! We waited almost a month for a package that should of been here two and a half weeks before! Their updates make no sense at all! At one point the package was in Stockton and it just so happened that another bigger package that we had ordered four days before was also in Stockton. We got the second package the next day. The update for the first one said severe weather still in Stockton! How the hell does one make it and one doesn't? For three days it was there and then in Sacramento for two more days. They would say the package would be delivered on such and such day and then the next day would push the date back again. No way to do business guy's with so much competition out there!

I absolutely will never be coming back here again and let me explain why. I don't tend to have a need for printing, so I thought I would just go to this FedEx location to print a 2 page document and buy an envelope. Simple enough, right? Well I was able to print my document on the self-service machine just fine and went to the counter to ask to buy a single envelope and was told you have to buy a whole pack. They said they don't sell single envelopes. What? How are you supposed to customize what you need done if you can't buy individual envelopes. I asked can you please make an exception? I only need one and this is negatively effecting my experience at your business. They didn't care though and they won't care whatever print and mail job you need done either. Totally unhelpful and the worst customer service I've had to date in Davis. I hope they go the way of Blockbuster and another business takes their place where the customer service and product customization is better. Absolutely avoid this place!

Mario and another employee were extremely helpful! They expedited our order to ensure that we met an application deadline. They were very helpful, friendly and communicative. I am very happy with the prints and would highly recommend this team again!
