They didn't understand my request on the phone. I am not sure why they even put their phone number when they don't communicate in English! Using their service for the past 9 years or so, and this was sadly my last time.

I brought a dress to this store to have its waist altered, yet when I got it back, there's an obvious hole in the back and the zipper is pulled out. I have no idea what has she done to my dress. Service here is terrible and the staff is awfully rude. Would definitely avoid it!

Overpriced is one way to describe this place. There are better and cheaper places in Davis and in Bay Area, therefore I will never even bother going in and asking how much it would be. It is always cheaper somewhere else.
