Answered the phone promptly. Set appointment after advising the type of washing machine that needed repair. Charged my CC and then called within 1/2 hour to say they couldn't service the washing machine.

Davis came to help with our freezer that had been icing up with massive icicles. He asked a few questions about what we had done for repair ourselves, performed a quick heat of our freezer gasket seal, replaced, and seemingly has solved our issue in 1 visit! Davis provided advice about why the problem may persist (it's an old refirgerator) and if the problem continued how we might try and fix it ourselves and save him a visit. That helpfulness and honesty will definitely have me calling him again, should we need future repairs that are beyond our capabilities. Thank you so much for a great experience!

I have called David appliance repair before and each time I have been very happy with the service. He arrives on time and has been able to diagnose and fix my washing Machine, refrigerator and my oven. His prices are fair and he does a good job!

We had an issue with a built-in oven/microwave and they came out quickly. The technician was thorough and explained what the problem was, and was quick with a solution. There was no messing around - he got straight to work and resolved the issue. We would definitely recommend this company, and will use it again in the future.

This company is so responsive. They called me back same day, set up an inspection for my dryer that stopped working.They have a $99 inspection fee that is waived if you opt to get the repair done through them.They knew exactly what the problem was, for my dryer not producing hot air and not advancing the dryer timer! They fixed it on the spot.They keep their word with appointment times too!I loved the fact that I called on a Monday, got a repair appt next day and repair - all in a single visit!Grateful they saved me from having to buy a brand new dryer!!!Thanks to the excellent service and expertise by Davis!!!

On 1/12/23, a technician came out and diagnosed by washer and dryer. The original order was for the washer but due to a simple human error, he agreed to look at the dryer instead. He was unable to take the bifold panel doors off the dryer to change the valve and told me that he would come back for service after I removed them. Had he been able to take them off, he would have done the service on the same day. After I had the doors removed within 5 minutes after he left, he didn't want to come out and work on the dryer without assessing another $100 diagnostic fee. Watch out for this company looking to make a quick buck and having no regard for providing ethical service or following through on what was said. I found out the technician who came out was the owner. RIP. Thereafter, I called Appliance Repair USA and was served by Stewart who had a positive attitude at the time of service and even looked at 2 other appliances enthusiastically at no cost.As you can see in the owner's response below, he claims to have approved the dispute with the bank when he did not. The lack of professionalism in addressing the issue and resorting to calling customer names is where it's at for this company.

I needed to say Thank you Mr. Davis. I wish we had known about Davis appliance sooner. The Stove door needed a screw replaced. In minutes, It was done. In a short time he repaired and cleaned the door like new. I saved his business card for all my future repairs. Thanks again,M. Barbera

I called them to see about fixing my oven doors, and I was worried about whether they could be fixed at all because the oven is so old. When I explained this to the repairman over the phone, he responded with "everything can be repaired, ma'm" and declined my offer to send a picture with the oven information. Predictably, when the repairman showed up, he googled my oven to see whether he could locate parts and found out that he could not. This took all of 30 seconds for which he demanded a $99 diagnostic payment. Absurdly ineffective policy, especially given my offer to avoid his driving all the way to my house in the pouring rain for 30-seconds worth of unnecessary "labor." Go elsewhere.

One star for crummy business practices. I paid a $99 fee to bring someone to my house to do a 30 second Google search that should have been free over the phone.When my wife made the appointment to repair our oven she was concerened about whether or not our oven could even be repaired (it's very old). She tried to give the tech the model number over the phone, but he refused and said he would have to physically come out. The tech confidently boasted "everything can be repaired". We already knew a hinge needed to be replaced, and mentioned this over the call.Hey - if "everything can be repaired" then what's the harm with that pesky $99 fee, its waived anyway if they do the repair. Well, obviously this fee is core to their business model, because the tech showed up, took a picture of the oven (I could have done that) did a google search (I could have done that) and announced that the oven parts were not available, and the oven couldn't be repaired. The entire diagnoistic process took less than 30 seconds. Laughable, and definitely doable over the phone.I asked the tech why they were even here if all they needed was a part number to determine my oven can't be fixed. I told them this was an extremely steep price for something that didn't need a physical visit. To his credit - he tried to give me my money back - as I was clearly not satisfied. But - he'd already spent the time, driven 15 miles. I didn't want the tech to have to pay the price for his business' crummy practices, so I insisted he keep the money.My advice to other customers - make this business check if they can even locate parts for your appliance before they come to your house and charge you $99 for 30 second internet search.My advice to the business - don't force your prospective customers to pay for a physical visit when you can just do a ten second search over the phone. We already knew the hinge of our oven was bad (and told you). Treat customers right, they'll keep returning to you (and appliances always break). Keep doing what you're doing, and your prospective customer will feel taken advantage of and cheated.
